Went through the drive throughGot red beans & rice, mash potatoes no gravy and Mac n cheese.Red beans tasted like they put a bunch of lime juice in them,absolutely horrible! This is Cajun food not Latin or Spanish! The franchise owner of this establishment really needs to check this because the lime, sour taste is not consistent with the Cajun red beans and rice!!!!Mac n cheese was like soup, horrible!Mash potatoes no gravy was ok

They almost always get the order wrong. English is not their forte. I have had to get cash refund for being overcharged once, because they didn't hit combo and individually charged each item. Ordered a #3 sandwich once, and for a 3 piece chicken, just today I ordered spice sandwich combo with extra sauce, bag had a extra sticker in it, and it turned out to be just double mayo, not spicy save yourself the hassle and don't go.

Arrived to this location, it is clean and nice, went to place my order and the two guy's be hind the counter, ignored me for almost 10 min, heard one of the guys spaecking in spanish say to the uthwr guy "don't turn around, he can wait".. After they made all the orders that were on the back counter, they finally acknowledged me and took my order. Food came out fast as I was the only person ordering. Good thing I was not in a hurry.

We went through drive in. The young lady had order twice wrong and did not bother to say sorry. Then she didn't even change the receipt and said what we ordered same price. Then asked us to drive to the front to wait like forever. My husband went in to pick up instead and still she didn't say sorry. Lucky for her that we are too kind. But we won't ever go here then.

Yes, I have been trying to get employed with the company for months at the same location, popeyes should be an equal employment establishment, I went through the drive thru on sept 6, spoke with the manager on duty about a job she said they was hiring and took my info down& stated she'll have the gm call me, I went back sept 7, the gm and the manager on duty previous day was there, I ask about an job and ask the previous manager do she remember me she literally brushed me off and said nothing, the gm didn't even give me the time and day to have a conversation.. I came back later that night and a young manager and cashier was on duty I spoke with them about hiring and they said that they needed people bad& was wondering why the gm didn't call me, I've notice being an customer at this location it is only run by Hispanics, there is no diversity with race within this restaurant.

Lousy and rude service. While I was waiting to pick up my mobile order to the right I noticed an employee taking guests drive thru orders while eating, and being on their phone but yet they kept asking the guests to repeat their order.
