Very poor service. Order placed online for wings, and it was a mess. Too much to type. Worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Manager is clueless!

How do you serve biscuits in a bag full of sticky items that may have touched other items before entering the bag. This is very unusual.

Take their time taking your order. Then they got it wrong, and when I took it back the guy at the counter was picking at his face and handling peoples food…disgusting! After all this I get home and theirs a hair in my food. NEVER GOING BACK!

They so lame I ordered on uber eats and wanted a jalapeño. They do not have it on the app to purchase so I ask the driver could he ask if I could have one they told him no I have to purchase please explain to me how you purchase something that’s not on the menu and let alone yall don’t even have a working number. Like giving one jalapeño was go hurt yall L LOCATION WANT BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM HERE

The chicken was good on yesterday but when I went back the same employees acted like they didn't want to wait on me. I asked for spicy chicken and they gave me regular then I ate two pieces before I even noticed I asked for spicy, then they gave me 1 small thigh and a burnt biscuit for messing my 3 piece order up. (Spanish speaking people). No consideration for good people but need our dollars to flourish. And one of the cooks a Spanish male tall in appearance looks to have had Measels on his arms he came from outside and never washed his hands and went right back to cooking! Omg. Omg. Pray for Dallas
