Just wondering how do you run a business that shuts down 30 mins before it closed. Pulled up at 10:31 nobody came to take my order, back door was opened and mop water pouring out. Which is understandable but then I pulled around and the girl looked at me thru the window and waved her hand that they were not taking orders. I told her how are y’all not taking orders 30 mins before it closes? I’m a business owner and I would never do that. At that point I didn’t want anything.

This the worst place to eat at o er in in oak Cliff in the wynnwood village I order the truff chicken sandwich bundle and it did not come correct they gave a sandwich was nasty as hell some fries and a drink and that is not what comes with this bundle I will never and I mean never eat here again oh say i didnt get my recipt for my order cause they know they mess up just pathetic this place is

There was not a line when I went around 3 pm. The food came out in a few minutes. I do suggest you double check your order before leaving. The frozen strawberry lemonade is wonderful especially in this Texas heat!

By far the laziest employees in life. I get in line at 1017pm, get to the speaker at 1029p, they put me on hold, at 1033p I order 8 piece chicken special, they tell me they only have 5 piece strip meal, I say okay....thinking what does that have to do with my order...I asked when do they close, they say at 11p..and I ask well how long does it take to make chicken they say 20 mins....they got quiet...I just drove off...I wasn't trying to have them spit or drop my food...there were 3 cars behind me????? I guess they are gonna share 5 tenders

This particular location is disappointing, they will close the lobby by tying a plastic bag on the door handles earlier than the time they are suppose to close and employees do not wash their hands nor use gloves. Truly disappointing compared to other locations.

Do NOT use their app to order and pickup food. I placed my first order through the app and was told the order did not go through. I cancelled the order and placed a second order. I walked into the restaurant immediately after placing the order on the app and saw my name on the screen. I waited about ten minutes and was told my order did not go through. I walked away with no food and attempted to call corporate to express my concerns. Unfortunately, reaching someone on the phone was impossible. I had to settle for sending an email.
