Manager saw me at the window and never came to attend me and never responded to the drive thru and another vehicle pulled up.and never answered them either never open at 10.am.like the hours says

The service was really bad. I asked for a receipt 3 times. The young guy at the register offered to take a picture. The young guy at the register came up behind me to see what I was doing on my phone. I'm legally blind and I caught an Uber there. I was tracking my ride.

Personally, very expensive, I don't frequent these places very much but the prices were very high for me but for 3 pieces and a drink they charged me 20 dollars when the menu said 7 dollars

It is 10:12 am and Popeyes lobby still isn’t open. I asked if I could come in out the clod and wait. They were reluctant to let me in.

No one has even offered me a drink for the inconvenience. Robert I’m guessing he’s the manager had the audacity to give me an attitude when I finally placed my order at 10:16 am because I asked for 2 wings and a breast. He said that’s not how it comes. 3 pc comes with a leg, thigh and wing. I ask if he could accommodate for the inconvenience. Robert said they are always late opening as if to say he do see the issue. If it was my shift I would’ve been happy to accommodate and also would’ve offered a drink for the wait. But no one cares for customer service anymore. Never will I return to Lemmon Ave in Tx

This location has been around 4EVER! If you’re looking for a quick side for a Louisiana themed event, their sides are good! The guy at the window was super friendly! This location however needs to update their signage. Pulling up you would think the place is closed down. Needs some curb appeal 🤕

Def Fake good reviews for this place it’s crazy… I pulled up to the drive through.. they never have the blackened chicken. I left last time ordering something else the chicken was cold I got spicy tenders which were hard but I was hungry.. I work by the airport so I came back today and the worker said she’s never heard of it and then said it’s no longer on their menu and I said yet it is. I spoke to a manager and he said we used to have the filet but it’s not shipped to us anymore. I asked who ran the location it just seems like it’s going downhill and Popeyes used to be the best in the industry. This was my last time trying to give this location a chance and it looks like with all the reviews I’m not the only one. I wonder if whoever owns this location actually cares how the location is being ran.

I am literally sitting in the drive through window at the Popeyes watching 2 workers walk around inside the store was suppose to be open at 10. They have not come to the window or anything. This place is always rude and food is ALWAYS WRONG do not come here!!
Pull up to drive through order speaker, 2 min later, rudely takes order, pull up to window, kills chicken, cuts it up and cooks, next person pulls up to drive through speaker, the box my food give me my order I pull off, then they take the next persons order… this is EXACTLY what is happening(minus) killing the chicken.

A vast majority of clients who patronize Popeyes will not notice the downfalls of the way most locations operate due to non motivated staff members and managers. Popeyes, like most other fried chicken places, still has a hard time finding the right people to hire that actually care about following procedures and being efficient. Sadly, this is true, even though they offer competitive starting hourly pay. What must happen is that Popeyes hires managers who are truly right for the job because they were hired from within, or have various previous restaurant experience. Such qualified managers should have already had a criminal background check done before Popeyes hires them. After that, then hire the right staff members to be team leaders, new hire and experienced staff members who also are checked out for any criminal history before hiring them. This is a lot easier said than done. I AM FED UP WITH HOW MOST POPEYES LOCATIONS ARE SO LAZY AND SHORT HANDED THAT THEIR DINING ROOM IS CLOSED, SO I HAVE TO USE THE DRIVE THRU ONLY AND TAKE THE ORDER TO GO!! Even if the food is freshly made as can possibly be done, it will not be very good once I get it back to the workplace or home to enjoy it. I only dine in by preference for this reason. In general, most locations just are not run very well as most customers don't seem to know what good service and good food should be. Most staff workers will just get mad and walk out if they are given the slightest amount of constructive criticism; this may be why a lot of managers don't enforce rules and procedures and have less accountability than they should. It's about holding onto worthless employees for dear life or have no workers at all. Most employees of this generation have very little if any self discipline, and have never had consequences for wrong doings. Besides all this mayhem, I can cook at home and make better quality food for a lower price than at Popeyes. Just have to have the time and willingness to do the work.

Extremely poor and hostile customer service! It won’t be long before this location is shut down unless they make a serious change with the staff.
Not only did I get home to the wrong meal it also taste old. The lady working the window 11/22 at 3:40 was unpleasant and doesn’t have good customer service skills. She shouldn’t be taking orders and didn’t give me a receipt.

Food was below a one star, My sandwich was so cold the cheese couldn’t be bothered to melt. Fry’s also cold. My wife’s food was told to be spicy when we asked why isn’t it spicy he said because now we have an extra spicy you have to ask for. If you don’t ask it’s almost no spice. This is a literal plain box of chicken no spice. Would recommend to go to quick trip down the street before here. $35 of Garbage for two people!
