Their short staffed and don't have anybody at the register to take orders and then the kiosk doesn't accept card which is disappointing, it just backs up time and forces customer to waste more time than attended.

I ordered on 5/14 & waited 30 minutes!!! before i could arrive at the store because it never said it was ready for pickup yet. I asked the old lady at the front for my order & showed her my bank statement & she said ‘ i cannot give you free food ‘ I never asked for FREE food I just wanted to know where my food was! Never got my order afterwards! Waiting for my refund.

Hey, so most of the time I really am not too picky about fast food. Im not expecting Gordon Ramsey by any means. However, the guy who was working the window. Slightly rude and sharp on the MIC. Thank God there was 2 windows because it would've meant id of had to pay before seeing what I saw. That same man, was eating while handling food... crumbs in his beard, with fingers glistening with grease and saliva. I was so shellshocked. I just looked at him.. you can't be forreal rn? And just drove off

My husband just ordered 3 of the 3 for 5 boxes and a large red beans and rice. The drive thru cashier waited until he got to the window to inform him that they only had enough chicken for one box so she only charged him for one. He told her that he needed three and that he had no problem waiting for more chicken to come up, then proceeded to ask her how long it would be before someone was ready. She told my husband that he would have to come back after 7:30 because she was not going to put any more chicken up until later! My husband had her to go and ask the manager if they could cook some chicken (considering it’s a chicken restaurant and they had customers) She came back saying “he said he’ll do it this time but if it was her, she wouldn’t have done it! Then proceeded to tell him that it would be a “18 minute wait”. he is currently there waiting for my children’s chicken. The people that work at this restaurant are the worst. Every time I go to this Popeyes there’s an issue. I don’t see how they’re even open considering they don’t have fresh chicken half the time. They don’t use the correct amount of Popeyes seasoning because I’m from Louisiana so I know how it should actually taste. They only partially feel their sides cups. The staff is rude. It’s just a lot going on up there. Unacceptable
So he just got here with this “fresh hot chicken” that he had to wait for and it’s old and cold! I live 3 minutes away! And they forgot the red beans and rice! The phone is always busy so I’ll never get an answer🤦🏽♀ don’t go here!

This was my first time visiting this Popeye’s location, and it was a very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and was given the wrong pieces of chicken along with what looked like only about seven fries. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the order was incorrect until I got home.
I tried calling the store, but the line stayed busy the entire time. So I drove back, hoping they would fix the issue. Instead, the situation got even more frustrating. The manager acted as if he didn’t know how to pull up a receipt from an order placed just minutes earlier, which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, the staff insisted that the small amount of fries I received was a full order.
Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the lack of accountability made things worse. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. One star.
