The customer service is terrible, the customer support is even worse. I placed an order, it was incorrect, and was given attitude hahaha. I'm not surprised

Place the order online Pull up to the drive threw have them my order number asked for mild chicken I’m pregnant so I made sure I pressed mild hot chicken gives me heart burn and I would be up all night with it so I have a mild wing and a spicy Brest Breast is my favorite caper of the chicken I was so heart broken and disappointed because they could have Communicated with me if they were out of breast that were mild instead of giving me a hot piece of chicken. I can’t even enjoy my meal nor my food I’m pregnant and I’m really hungry. I’m already back inside. I didn’t plan on going out again for the night. I called because I wanted to see if I can get it. Replaced no one to answer me call the least five times they’re just letting it ring that’s unacceptable. Don’t have a website for me to go leave a store review so now I’m stuck on google kids food was fine but they are kids even if it was wrong they would have ate it I’m just so sad and disappointed in my order being wrong

Worst customer service ever I always ordered dark meat always received white meat that’s always dried out and tastes like old cooking grease this happens twice at this location.

Come in the evening and I got stuck for more than 30 min.!!!! That's crazy!! Only teens and they don't care how long it takes.

I went through the drive thru. This is my first time going to Popeyes since I've been in Texas. The chicken was hot and fresh. The biscuit was fresh and soft. Coleslaw was fresh. They were young guys with great attitudes and soon as I pulled up to the window I paid and my order was ready.

DOnt GO HERE.. ESPECIALLY AFTER 6PM. IT IS ONLY HIGH OR DRUNK MEXICAN TEENS. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED AND LIE CONSTANTLY. THE FOOD IS COLD. PLEASE STAY AWAY. IF YOU PULL UP. YOU WILL NOTICE NO ONE IS THERE.

Very slow! Every time I come. In line with just two cars 10min. And food was not hot.

They always close the lobby early, they don't comply with the schedule!!!

Very fresh and always the best mashed potatoes...... hands down.
