How yall run out ice and yall are connected to a convenience store. First, yall tried to overcharge me for my meal, and THEN yall tried to give my food away. No ice... giving my food away...what y'all doing. Where is the ICE POPEYES.Call the manager or the owner and get some Ice.Pitiful just pitiful. I don't like hot drinks, but yall like stealing money and food. Shame on yall. Who has the brains around there.

The attention is good only the service is slow

The women in the back have to pay attention to what they are giving out and check there orders. They where just goofing around having there own little side conversations. I had to go to the counter twice. 1 bcs she forgot my mash potatoe and 2nd time bcs they made the wrong wings. Patricia the lady taking our order is so sweet and respectful, she rapidly fixed her coworkers mistake.

Was in the hospital for a few days and needed some good food and they did not disappoint. The guy taking my orders seem like he was a very young man, but he literally took my order perfectly, asked the right questions, did not rush me, and made the process seamless. Ask someone with social anxiety situations like these are very awkward, but I was very happy with this experience. I bought a big box deal for six bucks, which was a great deal three tenders, two sides, a biscuit, and for an extra dollar a drink. I’ve gone to a previous location before and I did not know you could add a drink for an extra dollar.

Food came out fresh, everything was good even the drink. The six dollar big box is a great deal. I think it will fill almost anyone up and this is coming from someone who complained that three strips wasn’t enough food.

The team there was in a verbal argument loud back an forth for at least 25 minutes holding up the line taking so long to get people food to them customers was mad some had to leave without food it was very upsetting to be there very unprofessional they only stopped after the customers broke it up
