The chicken was old & hard plus burnt and for a 3 PC I paid $9.89 for old pieces of meat and drive thru was extra slow with 2 cars in line & I was the 2nd car & it was not busy inside bc I could see that from the window myself not a friendly atmosphere at all I will not be going back to this one it need to close down it's a disgrace for a popeyes

I placed the order at 9:50pm when I arrived at the restaurant they told me that it was not ready to come back in 8 minutes when I come back I was missing two hamburgers and they told me come back in 8 minutes when I go back to get it they told me that they gave it to another customer who They are going to close, what a lack of respect, very bad service ?? I lasted almost 1 hour waiting for them to tell me that ??

Do NOT GO HERE..After waiting 20 minutes on order. I got wrong order. Called for 2 days straight. As a truckdriver. Just going back isn't always an option.. 2 days later went back and told them they had messed up.order. had receipt .was told they can't do anything about phone l8nes that do not work or messed up order. So basically just got screwed out of my money..DO NOT GO THERE..0 STARS

It doesn't matter what Popeye I go to the service sucks!! Especially online. My food is never ready and the doors are locked and I have to stand in the long drive thru line to get food that suppose to be already ready and it's not!
Very slow be prepared to wait a long time for your food to be ready. I recommend going elsewhere if your in a hurry or want something quick because this is not it. Much better fried chicken options out there.

The restaurant opened up at 11am, I came to the restaurant at 11:00am and the food was old and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The food should have not been old if the restaurant just opened up at 11am and I was served about 11:05 which means they most likely gave me chicken from the day before and just heated it up. I won't be back here ever again bcuz this is the second time this has happened and they are not doing anything to correct this issue
