This place has completely gone downhill. The last two times I ate here were infuriating. The service was flat-out awful, with ridiculously long waits just to get basic attention. When I told the manager, they couldn’t be bothered. No apology, no care, just went right back to laughing and talking with coworkers.
That told me everything I needed to know. They do not value their customers at all. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this restaurant. There are plenty of better places where you won’t be treated like an inconvenience.

Service was abysmal. We were celebrating a special occasion and were seated right away. The server came up to us with waters. We asked him for waters without ice. He audibly sighed and begrudgingly brought back 2 glasses without ice (we were a party of 5). When we asked him to switch out the other waters as well, he was visibly annoyed, rolled his eyes and essentially slammed the new waters down - without even putting it down in front of us and literally stomped away. We requested a new server - who was incredibly friendly - but decided to leave the restaurant before ordering because of how much that interaction spoiled the mood - especially on a special night. It was really disappointing and as customers, we shouldn’t have to bear the brunt of the server’s foul mood.

My girlfriend and I love it here. Food has been great both times we went. All the board options taste great. Service was a bit slow but overall, I fully recommend

Came here for their happy hour which ends at 5 unfortunately, but is $6 for a “pitcher” of beer which essentially is just about two beers and $6 glasses of wine. We got Panini‘s as well. My boyfriend got the Italian beef and I got the nine iron. The Caesar salad was phenomenal. Highly recommend. The focaccia bread for the Panini is good as well. Service was very kind and they brought out water for our dog.
I have also gotten some of their bruschetta in the past they have so many options. Always tasty and a good one to try. They have board nights that start after 8 o’clock on some weekdays for a board and bottle. I do wish their happy hour and special offerings were at a more convenient time.

I visit there frequently, but recently the service has declined. It feels as though the servers are uninterested in their work.

Use to love this place maybe Wednesday is an off day for them. Got the main course before the appetizers. 30 min before receiving app. Server seating in the back talking to co workers. Were the only table here and it’s 2:47pm

In the hour and a half we were there, we could NOT get service. If it had just been me, I would have just left, but we had a group and they didn’t have a ton of time to go elsewhere. We were seated indoors, and after 15 minutes of being there, and having no one come to our table, I eventually went to the bar to ask for someone to help us. ( as did another table from outside) The servers were much more interested in standing and talking with the kitchen, than providing any type of customer service. Each time we needed something, we had to physically walk to a server who was either at the kitchen window chatting, or standing by the bar, very clearly ignoring us. It’s always been pretty slow service here, which is why we avoid having lunch there on weekdays, but frankly this was insulting. To have to walk all four empty glasses up to the bar for a refill, because your server did not want to work yesterday, was absolutely ridiculous. The bar tender I will say, was very nice. I don’t want her to get grouped in with the servers that were on the floor. I reached out to management and got zero response.

Waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine and they couldn't even bring that to the table before we left. Manager needs to be replaced or something needs to happen to improve customer service. Guy training someone spent more time talking than serving.

I love their Bruschetta Board! You get to pick 4 from 10+ spreads—my favorites are the ricotta with dates & pistachio, smoked salmon with pesto, prosciutto with fig & mascarpone, and fresh mozzarella. The board is perfect for sharing with a friend or a group of friends over a glass of wine, whether indoors or on the patio. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
They have some great happy hour deals: $6 wine glasses and pitchers of beer every day until 5pm, plus bruschetta boards and wine bottles for $25 after 8pm on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Definitely worth checking out! I’m lucky to live in the DFW area which means we have lots of great restaurant options. The one takeaway here is this place deserves to be in your rotation. Great atmosphere, superb service, and really good food. It was happy hour while we were there so a pitcher of beer was less expensive than a glass. Need I say more? Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Had to leave. No server approached the table for 10+ mins. It was lunchtime. Had to get back to work. Bad service. Don’t recommend
