Went in on a Saturday afternoon, not a busy day. The lady asked me what I wanted as far as bread and meat. She put my sandwhich in the toaster thing and literally disappeared for 7/8 min. I stood there waiting. She then came walking from the back but walked right past me and went to the register.. then she answered the phone. Meanwhile there was another worker at the register just standing there. At this time I had been just standing there for 10mins without anyone saying a word to me. I politely put my chips back and started to walk out. Soon as I got to the door the lady yells “so u don’t want the sandwich” I said no and she sarcastically said “have a nice day”. I love this location but that kind of treatment was a big No For me. Still confused on WHY it happened but I can’t worry about it.

Worst mobile order ever. One sandwich had burnt bacon and bread with missing add ons that costed extra and the other one was missing the dressing so it tasted so dry and it was also missing the add ons.

The guy that made my sandwich was on his phone wearing gloves, then put his phone in his pocket and proceeded to make my sandwich… no glove change. Absolutely disgusting. Came in on Tuesday @ 8:30pm.

The sandwich and soup I got were actually delicious (though I got my sandwich toasted and had they not taken their sweet time it might've actually been warm by the time I got it) but the service left much to be desired.
2 workers at 7pm last night and neither seemed to care that we were at the counter waiting to have our order taken...and then our sandwich put together...and then paid for...everything was a several minute ordeal, and then had the nerve to say the pinpad is gonna ask for a tip.
I'm not asking for much, just attentiveness, don't gotta make the sun shine for me, but maybe a little spring in your step would be nice when dealing with what should have been a hot sandwich.

I want to shout out Ricky the general manager in training at this location she gave good customer service was thorough in making my sandwiches I have visited this location plenty of times she always greets me with professionalism and I told her if she’s need help when she gets her own store to give me a call I would love to work under her also I have previous work experience with potbelly
Potbelly is usually a treat, but today's experience was disappointing. My sandwich was neither skinny nor toasted and was very soggy. I only ate it because I was hungry, but it left a bad impression of Potbelly due to employees who seemed indifferent. Additionally, my Oreo shake was more like a watered-down vanilla shake with a soggy cookie. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had at Potbelly.

I’m just mad I gave a 20% tip and had my order wrong in more than one way. The hot peppers I had asked for on the side were not put whatsoever, and i had to go inside. She had them ready next to her, like what???? The chips I had also requested were completely wrong too, which I hadn’t realized until I got home. Those chips tasted bad in my opinion. I’m only writing this message since I can’t complain in the app. Even though this place is awesome for being the only one open until 10 on sunday, I’ll just go to panera or something as an alternative.
