Big SHOUT OUT to the Potbelly afternoon team on Midway rd in Dallas. I accidentally put a later lunchtime than expected and I came in about an hour early and they were so accommodating that they were able to fulfill my order sooner. I am in accounting and have been very very busy especially these past few days and this was my first meal of the day. Honestly they did not disappoint! The sandwiches were hot and delicious! Truly appreciated their customer service, kindness, warm smiles, and overall just flexibility they gave with preparing my food at an earlier time. Thank you :)

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and had food poisoning less than four hours later. It was loaded with mayo which was gross already but I can only assume that’s the culprit. 24 hours in and still miserable. Be cautious eating here.

Food was good quality, quantity was the issue. They skimped pretty hard on my sandwich. Granted, I got the veggie melt and removed mushrooms, and also went when they were pretty bus. So I would be weary of going during peak hours

I usually enjoy Potbelly, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches but canceled one. When I went to pick up my order, they gave me the correct sandwich and assured me I’d receive a refund for the canceled one within three business days. A week passed, and I still hadn’t received my refund, so I called customer service. Unfortunately, I was put on hold multiple times, told to “wait,” and ultimately ignored. I expected better customer service from a company I like. I hope Potbelly improves how they handle refunds and customer concerns.

I decided to try a salad and this is what I immediately saw. The huge chunk of blue cheese was grossly solid....
I may or may not give this place another try. Heavily disappointed, not to mention lost my appetite and got sick to my stomach.
