Second time I’ve ordered a “Big” sandwich via the mobile app, come home, and it being the smallest one. Very tiny. Hope it’s not the quality going down, but for an extra $5, it’s not worth it.

My salad was delicious and so was the potato soup. They have really yummy lemonade too. Sandwiches are delicious too. Extremely kind staff. Fast and large dining room.

While I don't really get their food, I tend to get a drink during work. I get a cup of soda, but it tends to be a gamble on whether their machine is properly working, has syrup in it or is cleaned since I've gone a few times and end up getting soda that tasted stale, flat or just downright strange. I understand if the employees are busy, but something needs to be done about their soda.

Got the worst milkshake I’ve ever had in my life here unfortunately.. ordered the cookies & cream one, and it had the consistency of straight up just milk. On top of that, don’t even know how that was possible with how much ice cream they had put in the blender. Was very disappointing
The service was fast, there was decent parking, and my order was correct and good. The Wreck with bacon is pretty good; their bacon is thick and peppery and flavorful. The bread is good as well. The broccoli soup is good, but the potato soup not so much. Prices aren't too high.

The service was fast, there was decent parking, and my order was correct and good. The Wreck with bacon is pretty good; their bacon is thick and peppery and flavorful. The bread is good as well. The broccoli soup is good, but the potato soup not so much. Prices aren't too high.

Due to the storm we had to choose pick up, So as Im visiting my sick bestie her gentlemen of a friend decides to pick it up for us, as he enters the store to pick up our lunch. He is then met with and employee with a nasty disposition and very rude. I will never eat at this establishment again Im utterly appalled.

I came here about 2 nights ago for the first time and was excited to try it out. The employee who was helping me was horrible!!! She was a short Hispanic girl with tattoos I believe her name was cece. She was sooo rude and had a very bad attitude. She got upset that I kept asking questions about the menu and the prices for the add ins but it was my first time here how am I suppose to know! Pot belly needs to have better training for these employees. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called the manager and left a complaint and all he said was he will talk to his crew like no these employees need to be better trained!

Must have been a management change. I’ve been going here for years. My recent visit revealed a filthy restaurant with servers serving nothing but attitude. It’s such a shame nice little venues like this can’t figure it out.
