good place for quick lunch
I had a very negative experience at this Potbelly location, primarily due to the manager, Mario. After placing my order, I encountered issues with delivery and communication. When I called the store for assistance, Mario was dismissive and hung up on me. Later, I found out that my order was delivered to the wrong apartment. When I tried to resolve the situation over the phone again, Mario treated me rudely and refused to help.
I went to the store to request a refund, but Mario was hostile and refused to assist me, even threatening to call the police. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling disrespected, and I would not recommend this location.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. No customer should have to endure such unprofessional behavior. I left the store feeling unheard and disrespected. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise avoiding this location, as there are better options elsewhere, with staff who understand the importance of customer service.
Took 20 mins to be helped and have 1 sandwich done. I was next in line when I started timing. Rude employees didn't seem to care that food was piling up in the oven and the line was getting longer. Lady didn't want to put the toping I requested on there so no mustard. Just keep this in mind when coming here, maybe it's just this shift that's bad idk.

I came to potbelly 6/26 at 8:00pm . As I was going to order there was this guy named Mario . Black dude with white shirt and the apron . He was extremely rude . I was trying to order and immediately started giving me an attitude. Rushing me and making me feel uncomfortable and upset. I ordered 3 sandwiches and when ordering the 2nd sandwiches he said what bread . I said white , but the man never asked what size . Since he was already giving me attitude I let him . Then when he finished the 3rd sandwich then I let him know that the 2nd sandwich size was wrong. It totally look like he didn’t like what I told him . And threw a fit . He didn’t even give us a bag to our Togo order and we had to carry out chips and sandwiches out . Someone needs to speak to this man clearly doesn’t want to be there.

Ordered delivery, said completed never got the food. DoorDash is garbage and won’t be ordering from Potbelly again. Oh and they never even called me. For 40 dollars with two subs, might as well dish out the extra 15 bucks and go to Gens Korean BBQ. This is why I don’t tip until after the food has been delivered. It’s not Potbelly’s fault it’s just the service they chose and this is the 5th time where my food isn’t delivered by the DoorDash entity.

What I ordered vs. what I received. Was very disappointed for what I spent on this sandwich. The only positive was the bread was very good. My husband got the meatball sandwich and it was ok, but not amazing. There was nowhere on the app on door dash to customize anything so I assumed it would come with what it showed in the picture. I ordered the Wreck. All I got was bread, meat and cheese. And even those were sparse. Will not be returning.
Management at this Potbelly location is clearly trying to save a buck by understaffing during the evenings... Only two employees here for dinner on a weekday and they're swamped with online orders.Proceed with caution.

We ordered using the app and requested delivery. An hour and 15 minutes we waited. Still no delivery. nothing was delivered. We called over 10 times and each time it rang and rang with no answer. Eventually it just says sorry we unable to answer the phone. We can’t get an explanation or cancel our order?

My wife and i came to this location and was pleasantly surprised. There was ample parking. We walked in and was immediately greeted. We were given recommendations by the staff that did not disappoint. We ate inside. The tables, floors, and drink area were spotless! I’d definitely revisit this place often. Job well done!

Excellent food, enjoyed chicken club, also like Italian sub, turkey sub. Hot peppers are nice and spicy addition.
