Service is SUPER slow. Walked in, asked for a mac and cheese , and waited behind a lady who kept asking questions. There was 2 employees so I didn’t see how one could not just pour it into the cup and ring me out while the other made the lady’s difficult order. Not very efficient.

Worst place to stop for a quick meal , the workers ignore you and have headphones in , on top of that they don’t listen and make your food wrong . Too expensive for bad service

I always get my orders delivered. The food keeps getting worse with each order I place. I ask if possible to toast the bun, and I get a BURNT sandwich…with very LITTLE innards that I specified. I think it’s time to try another location….Closest isn’t working anymore.

Update: Lots of apologetic responses from the owner in other reviews….but based on my experience, they don’t really care to actually resolve anything. I reached out to the customer service email given and this was the automatic reply: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups. The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now"Food is great, but service at this location was dismal. I waited for over 40 minutes standing after making my sandwich selection. They had piles of sandwiches on the toaster and just kept working on online orders instead finishing my sandwich with toppings and checking me out. The customer in front of me was handed her meal and waited 20 minutes just to checkout. They completely ignored her for that long while working on online orders.
