They are providing very bad service. I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes and they keep getting orders and nothing from mine and the workers do not give a solution. Bad attention is what they give to customers.

Love the Chicken Chicken Salad. Ordered one for pickup. Get back to the office - it's missing the provolone cheese which makes it extra yummy (ingredients were even listed on my receipt). Disappointed.

We ordered the Italian and Tuna sandwiches.

The Italian sandwich size was the smallest one they had on the menu, it was called Skinny. The wholewheat bread was toasted and I asked for tomatoes, lettuce and oil and seasoning. It was delicious and the right size.

The tuna sandwich was tasty and we ordered the small size. There was a good size portion, it paired well with the salt vinegar chips.

The service was great and everyone was so friendly.

Requested delivery for 8:45. They didn't start the order until 8:53. I had also called around 6:30 after I placed the order to ask some questions.

Just like the other reviews state, the customer service is terrible at this location! The manager rushes you and is no help at all. I will not be returning to this location. Give that job to someone who wants to work and needs the money.

I come here at least once a week. Unsure what happened today but my food took 10 minutes past the pickup time. I stood waiting off to the side while many other orders were made from those in line or those picking up.What I received was messy, soggy, and cold. The entire wrapper was soaked. I saw a total of 2 very small slices of avocado in the sandwich. The salad dressing was incorrect and not sure what was on the cheese crumble either. Disappointing

No one helped us to understand the process for ordering here. The manager was short tempered with us and not kind. We weren’t given a carry out bag for our food order, so we had to carry everything disorderly. Additionally, a homeless man came in and told them he was hungry and asked if they could help, and the manager told him “Absolutely not. Find somewhere else” I understand that sometimes you aren’t able to help someone in need, but there’s no reason to be ugly about a situation. Don’t waste your time in going here. You deserve to be treated fairly when going out.

Was just in there, and the lady at the front who was checking out. Older lady with short hair, this was our first time at potbelly’s and we were told how the process works they just just telling us that we order that at the next station. My husband wasn’t sure what everything was called when we were at the Checkout, cause again we’ve never been here… and she literally… rolled her eyes at us… when I tell you I was shocked. I kept my cool cause I wasn’t about to cause a scene in a potbelly’s.. but I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an older lady with short black hair. African American. Then when I told her I ordered a skinny sandwich she raised her voice at me and asked me “what kind was it???” But with an attitude.. it was so unwarranted. I was shocked. I was in a great mood when I went in there and she completely ruined it. Like don’t work customer service if you can’t handle confused customers who have never been in your establishment. Thanks

This was our first time to a Potbelly. If we base future decisions on this experience, it will be our last.
We couldn't hear a word the employees were saying and any questions we had were met with hateful answers.
The seating was mostly closed so we crowded around a table that was too small. The whole dining area was filthy. We asked to use the restroom and were told it's not open to the public. Since that's a health code violation I guess that will be my next call.
We got a kids Mac & cheese. It was a good amount but it was barely lukewarm. The shame is it had good flavor but who wants to eat cold Mac and cheese?
