No one helped us to understand the process for ordering here. The manager was short tempered with us and not kind. We weren’t given a carry out bag for our food order, so we had to carry everything disorderly. Additionally, a homeless man came in and told them he was hungry and asked if they could help, and the manager told him “Absolutely not. Find somewhere else” I understand that sometimes you aren’t able to help someone in need, but there’s no reason to be ugly about a situation. Don’t waste your time in going here. You deserve to be treated fairly when going out.

Was just in there, and the lady at the front who was checking out. Older lady with short hair, this was our first time at potbelly’s and we were told how the process works they just just telling us that we order that at the next station. My husband wasn’t sure what everything was called when we were at the Checkout, cause again we’ve never been here… and she literally… rolled her eyes at us… when I tell you I was shocked. I kept my cool cause I wasn’t about to cause a scene in a potbelly’s.. but I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an older lady with short black hair. African American. Then when I told her I ordered a skinny sandwich she raised her voice at me and asked me “what kind was it???” But with an attitude.. it was so unwarranted. I was shocked. I was in a great mood when I went in there and she completely ruined it. Like don’t work customer service if you can’t handle confused customers who have never been in your establishment. Thanks

This was our first time to a Potbelly. If we base future decisions on this experience, it will be our last.We couldn't hear a word the employees were saying and any questions we had were met with hateful answers. The seating was mostly closed so we crowded around a table that was too small. The whole dining area was filthy. We asked to use the restroom and were told it's not open to the public. Since that's a health code violation I guess that will be my next call.We got a kids Mac & cheese. It was a good amount but it was barely lukewarm. The shame is it had good flavor but who wants to eat cold Mac and cheese?

The staff at this sandwich shop is rude and unprofessional. They have no restrooms and not enough seating downstairs. There’s plenty of empty seating upstairs but they have it chained off. Worst part was they didn’t even make my sandwich as ordered.

Don’t expect them to get your order right. And if you have to drive all the way back over there to pick up the sandwich they left out, don’t expect an apology.

My first time trying the chicken Mediterranean. I didn’t too much care for the wheat bread with the chicken. Next time I’ll get a flat bread.

Went here with my family on saint paddy’s day. There was a group of girls in their 20’s getting “boozed up” on alcohol. One of them threw up everywhere which caused my parents to get us out of the restaurant. I’m only 14 and I gotta say that was one of the weirdest experiences of my life. The lesson? Don’t go to Potbelly on Saint Paddy’s day. Food was great though.

04-16-2023 1:30pm When I say no dressing or Mayo dont use the mayo caked knife to fold my sandwich. This is why I avoid eating here. I encourage everyone when they observe their sandwich being cross contaminated by all the sandwiches that came before them to walk out and refuse to pay. Maybe they business will stop cutting corners and respect the customer that pays their bills.

Bathrooms are locked, have to ask for a key from the front desk. I wonder how that works out when this place is really busy? Also, is this a gas station or a fast casual restaurant? Also, there is a loud (like really loud) hum from the fountain drink machine. Food/drink is good as per usual, employees are nice. But the bathroom thing bugs me. A lot.

Ordered a TURKEY AVOCADO on flat bread this afternoon with oil, italian seasoning along with other toppings, oil was over poured, too much that it was dripping all over and there was NO AVOCADO in Turkey Avocado sandwich, ironic. Disappointed !!
