Food not mind blowing, but its acceptably good. They make up for it with great service and a cozy interior.

Horrible service.I always rode up and down Greenville wanting to try this restaurant. However, it was a regret going in. We walked in and the hosts already had a mean look. Where’s the smile? He walked us to the table and threw the menus on the table and walked away. We got better service from the valet guy than the host. We didn’t bother to order, my husband and I walked out.

The minestrone soup is savory, made right at Prego Pasta House. So delicious. Their hot cheese bread dipped into the soup completes my Rainey day dream dinner. The Chicken Marsala is my go to meal if I don’t get the soup. But I do dip that cheese bread into the Marsala sauce. The full bar is well stocked! Valet parking is a bonus, so friendly every time.Parking: Just pull up and the valet park your car in their side lot. Super close.

Really wanted to like this place! I’m surprised by the ratings. Their sauce is very bland and too sweet. Everything is lacking and reminds me of what my grandparents prefer- less flavor.

Would give 0 if I could. For starters Cassandra was the worst. Her service was beyond dreadful. Then after waiting 30 plus minutes she passed on to another waiter and we ended up with cool/luke warm food or microwaved incorrectly, lol. Just comical. First and last time at this rathole.

The ambience was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food tasted so good that the taste was different than the other italian food that I have ever tasted. The ingredients were very fresh and rich. The service was more than excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Wow!! Shrimp Prego is now my favorite dish in Dallas!! Ok folks, get ready to have your socks knocked off. This is such a delicious and amazing dish. Fresh perfectly cooked lightly battered butterflied shrimp with an incredible lemon butter and capers sauce. Get it ASAP!Here is the story... I had already eaten lunch and joined friends for a late lunch to chat. This dish passed us going to another table and it totally caught my eye. The presentation was awesome. I asked the waiter what that was, he told me and I said I want that too. Best decision I've be made in years! I ate the whole thing. Ugh - 2 lunches and I was not hungry. One bite and I could not stop. I could not wait to come back!GO, GO, GO!!!!!
