I've been a Pressed customer for over a decade now and today was the first time I had a genuinely pleasant in-store experience. The employee (I think Brandon?) was so kind, knew every juice (including the new stuff), and gave thoughtful reccos based on what I wanted. I left feeling taken care of instead of rushed like I usually do. Kudos to this guy, and please remember to train your employees <3

I used to come here all the time and the little sweet black girl always was smiling and happy and gave the best energy to this place. The rest of the staff either was in the bathroom for 25 minutes or had a bad attitude. I understand if you do not want to work that is completely fine, but an establishment should never allow their workers to be rude to the customers. I’ve already made several complaints and my partner as well. Do better, i will absolutely never be giving this establishment my money again.

OMG! Brandon has exceptional customer service skills. I had no idea what I was going to buy today. He was very helpful, friendly, smiling and patient. He offered samples of different juices and he offered suggestions on juices that he thought would work best for me. I not only bought juice but Brandon made my delicious Acai bowl. It had mango, strawberries, blueberry and coconut. Man oh man! Job well done.
I can't say enough about Brandon.
I hope that he is available when you need some juice because he will make sure to help you out and make you feel your best!
Thank you Brandon! 🧡

Waited at the front register for 10 minutes to order and no one came out. The worker was just sitting in the back.
HORRIBLE. left my friend in tears. if you go here do not dare get the pressed freeze unless you want to leave underwhelmed DEpressed and distraught. this “guilt free treat” was the grainiest and most disgusting thing i have ever put in my mouth. it tasted like sweaty feet. the amount of money i spent on this horrendous “dessert” made me violently ill as i drove home with a pit in my stomach. would recommend a bowl of strawberries or a yasso bar over this if you are looking for a low cal treat. avoid a pressed freeze at all costs unless you are wanting to waste money and time. severely disappointed. do better pressed

The freeze was the most disappointing thing I have ever had. NOT A SWEET TREAT!!! the base is disgusting and clearly no one orders it because the employee had to ask what was in it. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also my friend and I got the same exact thing, same size and all and mine was $1.50 more…. inconsistent price? I actually cried because of how bad it was.

Not sure what inclines people to order the Freeze items. I came here hearing rave reviews on this place and how good their desert items are. So I came. And I was disappointed. Ordered the chocolate chip freeze. First of all, the guy working asked ME how to make this and was confused the entire time. I gave it a chance and took a bite. Not yum. The vanilla base was horrific in consistency, flavor, texture and overall appearance. The chocolate chip toppings were fine, but could’ve been less crumbly. As a guilt free treat, I feel guilty ordering. Hate this place and if you want a REAL treat, try chiller bee in Frisco, TX OR ANYWHERE ELSE. Do better.

Made an order scheduled for 4:00 pm. When I got there at 3:30, there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 4:30. Waited an hour, and they never showed up. The payment was never fully processed, but I did get confirmation that my order was pending. Half a day wasted.
Love the non diary freeze, my favorite guilt free dessert in Dallas.I got half chocolate and half sweet cream (seasonal flavor) YUMMY!topped it with cacao drizzle and granola butter. I would come get one everyday if I lived closer.

First time at this location! Very clean and everything was stocked. Melvin was fantastic, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Great experience.
Very good and healthy not to mention delicious bowls.
The icecream was mediocre at best, but this definitely isn’t the place to go if you like to get value for what you pay for. I was given a half-filled cut of icecream for 7 bucks. Skip here and go to Baskin Robin for better flavor selection and a better bang for your buck
Today was my first time coming by this morning. I don't know the cashier name but he was super helpful (He had dark rimmed glasses). Your cashier was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The juices actually fit into my vegetarian diet as well so I'll be back more often and thank your cashier for me.
Had the strawberry mango smoothie this morning it was delicious and the service was great.
