Overall the food was good. The service was not the best. The waitstaff (bartender and waiter) were very distracted. We sat in the bar but not at the bar top. The bartender and waiter spent most of the time chatting with the people at the bar top. We had to ask for the same thing multiple times, including we had to ask for our check 3 times. After we asked the first time, the waiter came back to the table without the check and asked if we wanted more drinks. We politely declined and told them we just needed the check. The fried green tomatoes were amazing but won't go back based on the service we received.
The food was decent but extremely overpriced. We paid $92 (including tip) for a bottled beer, a soda (PRICED AT $4.50), and 2 entrees. We ordered an appetizer and it never came out and the staff didn't realize it until we pointed it out. Overall, very underwhelming and expensive.
A good place near the Majestic for a show night. Service, especially from the bar, could be better.
We were very disappointed with our visit here. The restaurant was LOVELY! We were greeted by a super friendly hostess who ended up being our server as well. The restaurant was practically empty but we heard the chef (or someone) YELLING at one of the other servers to stop seating tables because the kitchen was backed up! I'm assuming they had room service orders since the restaurant is located in a hotel. Two of our meals came out without the meat...when we told the server...again she was SO SWEET...she apologized, took them to the kitchen then brought them back with a super small portion of meat added...apologized AGAIN then returned with a little dish with some more to add to the plate. The rest of the food was "ok" but certainly not worth the price. The ambiance was wonderful...the menu items looked creative...the servers we encountered seemed exhausted yet were trying their best to serve us. Not sure what was going on, but hopefully they can resolve their issues and improve!
The food was fantastic. Our table had an assortment of appetizers. The smoked Old Fashioned was pretty awesome! We sat in the bar and our server was attentive and made sure we had a great experience! Highly recommend this downtown gem.
The servers were helpful, friendly and professional. The food was delicious and served in a very timely manner. Great experience!
Food was fine, although our order was not taken correctly. Quality is good, but despite the fact that the place was nearly empty, service was rather slow and unattentionate
Jonathan is the best. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very entertaining, who would ask for anything more.
I had the pork chop which was nicely combined with excellent side dishes. The pork chop itself was a bit overcooked for my taste.
Went for Valentine's Day dinner. The host and staff were very nice. It's possible that maybe they were short staffed last night. It did take quite a while to get service and food. Unfortunately, the food was just warm and average. The espresso martini needs to be reworked.

We had a great dinner here on Saturday. We were sat at the bar and Octavius the bartender took care of us. He was so personable and funny and made our dinner a blast. I got the club and my spouse had the burger, both were so delicious. We loved our evening here.
Elm St was such an amazing experience. We came for our anniversary and the staff was so excited to celebrate with us. They gave us spot-on recommendations and the food was to die for. We cannot wait for our next trip to Dallas so we can dine there again!
Management didn't honor the valet parking validation. And definitely didn't want to hear about it
The laziest, most apathetic service I’ve ever had. Left before food fully came out. Too many other quality places nearby. No need to waste your hard earned money here. Beehive across the street is 100x better.
The food and service were great. I didn't realize it was in the lobby of a hotel so there was a bit more luggage traffic and the bathrooms are in the lobby not the restaurant.
