I ordered the parillada at $14.99. it comes with veggies rice beans sausage shrimp chicken and beef. Instead of sausage I was given a hot dog, half of the veggies was raw and the other half was charred and soggy the shrimp was stale and dry, the chicken had a strange taste and the beef was bland, chewy and under cooked. The only decent item on the plate was the rice. I was charged $23.65 for my meal and 1 bottle of coke. I feel very ripped off. I gave her $26 and told her to keep the change. Customer service was very mediocre. I will never return to this place ever again. The only reason I walked in there was because Pinocho's Tacos was closed next door.

One speaks to them and they don't answer the phones, one still arrives for their order 45 minutes later and they don't have it ready and then even the cook came out all bitter to deliver the order because one asks how long it takes to deliver the order, terrible service, not satisfied

First time ordering food here by phone, on a sunday night, went to pick up 30 minutes before closing time as soon as I walked in I had these really bad vibe/feeling, don't know why. The customer service lady was kind of arrogant/rude when I told her that I came to pick up my 3 pupusas, each cost $2.50 total was $7.50 plus tax $8.12. I asked her if it comes with spicy sauce/cabbage you know in the plastic container or do I have to pay extra for it, she looked at me with a confused look on her face. Anyways she figured it out what I was talking about, so she charged me .30 cents more which turns to $8.42. Really weird experience since we both speak Spanish, the food was alright the spicy sauce was not spicy even though she said the green one was spicier than the red one it wasn't they both were weak.

It is a very unhygienic and dirty place. If this is what your cleanliness is like then it makes you think that this is what your food is like. The food is not very good and lacks the genuine Salvadoran flavor. Leaves a lot to be desired👎🏻 and they charge for using a debit card

I went to ask if they had Atol de elote but no one attended to me and until I asked an employee and she even reluctantly responded as if people were asking for a free gift,
