Indulge in the heavenly taste of milk and honey ice-cream, sprinkled with pecan topping. The ice-cream is infused with the rich flavor of high-quality honey that tantalizes your taste buds. For a delectable twist, you can opt for a banana topping that complements the ice-cream perfectly.Vegetarian options: Non diary products also availableWheelchair accessibility: Perfect wheelchair accessibility with no steps.

It’s such a huge surprise for me that this place got rate of 4.7!!! The ice cream was terrible and I didn’t like their attitude as well! Our ice cream was melted and without toppings it tasted like milk! It definitely did not worth it and I do not recommend this place at all!

I love that there are only a few simple flavors available (vegan ones too)! You can really tell this place focuses on the quality of their ice cream rather than having lots of gimmicky flavors. The ice cream was creamy and smooth- you can really taste the honey in the strawberry shortcake flavor. Their indoor space is clean and perfect to enjoy your ice cream. The person behind the counter was nice and let me sample every flavor I wanted, and the kids cup portion was more than enough for me! Will be back soon.

Visited Pure Milk and Honey for dessert on a Friday night. The shop was pleasantly busy and the girl making the desserts was kind and patient. We got the s'mores sundae with the original honey ice cream. It was yummy. I just wish the toppings were mixed in better, we had topping less ice cream after finishing the top. Would be back to try the other flavors or desserts. There is seating inside the shop and there is a parking lot directly to the left of it along with street parking outside if you are lucky :)

Great atmosphere and food! Our server was amazing given being the ONLY person on staff, we felt absolutely terrible for her as there was a lot of people and she was stressed. Honestly, that’s on the company though, you HAVE to have at least 2 people on shift- 1 is unacceptable and hurtful to the one who is working, she was amazing but obviously hurt by the LACK of support from the company. Not her fault, it was an unfair situation I don’t wish anyone for.

The owners, Cindy and her husband, truly forged their own path with sweets. They abstained from the classic chemical culprits - “natural flavors”, fake sugars, and laundry lists of preservatives.Instead they partnered locally sourced milk and honey to create truly wonderful ice cream. Each month they debut uniquely seasonal flavors (basil olive oil, churro, peach, etc) which they mix and test in their on site kitchen. The store/kitchen is also where they hand pack all of their pints and test for quality. There is no middle man, and best of all, there is no compromise.Anyone who runs a small business knows how painstakingly difficult this is.They’re a small business supporting local farmers and beekeepers, producing a consistently clean product, in the heart of Dallas.10/10 in my book.A few ice cream adjacent pros:•They cater•They have non dairy options•They make incredible baked goods (multi tiered honey cakes, ice cream cookie sandwiches, pecan bars, amaretto cookies, truffles, their take on brownies and Oreos, cheesecake bites, etc.)•Next to Angelica Theater•Open late!•Dog and kid friendly•free samples and reward structure via five star appVegetarian options: Large dairy free selectionDietary restrictions: Safe for dairy free and sugar sensitive people.Parking: Parking garage is best. Very easy to get to.Kid-friendliness: Such a great, clean place with a bathroom. Easy to take kids for a “treat” without maxing them out on chemicals, preservatives, dyes, and fake sugars.

Amazing frozen dessert confections! No sugar, they use locally sourced honey in their Ice cream and baked goods. Everything I have tried tastes wonderful! For quick stops, I like to get a medium honey with fresh raspberries!

Stopped by here the other day as we were in the area and wanted a quick bite to eat Customer service here is amazing, we were greeted by Fatima who kindly explained the menu, offered samples, and gave us awesome recommendations! We really enjoyed her welcoming aura and conversation as well as assistance. The icecream is great and a healthy alternative to your typical processed icecream. The serving sizes are quite generous for the price and you could probably share one of the premium sundaes instead of ordering two. Will be coming back soon!

Cute, natural ice cream option being flavored with honey rather than pure cane sugar. It seems colder if that makes sense, maybe due to the honey? I tried egg nog ice cream with homemade granola as my topping. Not as creamy as some other ice creams but flavorful. Counter service was quick; it's a small shop so limited seating with a few outside but too chilly the day we went.

A cute ice cream shop outside of downtown Dallas. Quite pricey, and although the ice cream is only sweetened with honey, not worth the expensive price in my opinion. The sundaes were cute, but nothing tasted exceptional. Bonus points for the nicely decorated interior and unique flavors.
