I would rate the Pyramid Room Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel as a restaurant everyone should try at least once and is ideal to be a go-to pick for a family to set as a place to go for a special event or celebration. This restaurant reminds me of a place straight out of a classic Humphrey Bogart movie where everyone still gets dressed in their most elegant attire to come together for a dinner that is presented to you over multiple courses and over multiple hours while your party...
Great service, but the steak was awful. 44$ for a steak with a terrible burnt sear. The medium rare was a lot more rare than it should’ve been (didn’t mind but not what i asked for) and you couldn’t taste anything past the burnt bits. Saving grace was the fantastic brisket Ruben!

The ambiance was very cozy and staff were friendly
The service was top-notch and attentive.
Each dish was a burst of flavor. The presentation was simply beautiful, great cocktails and wine selection.
I can't wait to return for another delightful experience.
