These five stars go out to my girl Nikita! Our flight was delayed and so we came it late, thankfully it was open. Nikita was crazy helpful and patient with us and the bowl hit the spot!

I visited this restaurant at 3:31 AM and ordered a bowl with chicken. After walking away, I quickly realized the food was old and inedible. I returned to the restaurant and politely requested a refund due to the poor quality of the food.

To my surprise, the manager responded by accusing me of purchasing the food two hours prior (which was not true). When I explained that I had thrown the food away because it wasn’t fresh, he demanded, “Where is my food?” and insisted I retrieve it from the trash.

This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was shocking. Based on my experience and the numerous reviews mentioning poor service and food quality, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. STAY AWAY!

No impossible / vegetarian (veg) meat option, only fajita veggies. Website advertises alternative proteins, but this location has none.

We had a surprisingly excellent experience at this Qdoba at 1am on a Sunday! The food was fine for what it is, but the ladies working really brightened our crappy night of travel not going to plan. We couldn’t have asked for better vibes!

Qdoba doesn't know how to make food. It's a box of unhealthy mixed together in a bowl. The bowl ruined my entire day. I wish I had not eaten Qdoba food.

I was really disappointed by my recent visit to Qdoba, especially due to the poor service at the front. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made me feel rushed, almost as if I were eating in a cafeteria line at a prison. They never made eye contact, and any questions I had were either ignored or met with irritated expressions.

As someone who works in customer service myself, I found their attitude incredibly disrespectful. The staff seemed visibly annoyed if you took more than a few seconds to decide on your order, making faces and showing obvious frustration. It was clear that they didn’t care about offering a positive experience, and I left feeling unappreciated and mistreated.

I expected much better from a place with such a reputation. Sadly, the lack of basic courtesy and hospitality overshadowed everything else. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming dining experience.

A great place to grab a quick bite

I attempted to patron on 8/25 about 1am. The employee stopped me from ordering to count the register's money to change shifts. He said it would take 5 minutes. It took @ least 30 minutes. When he finished, he decided to hold an extensive conversation (in their language) with the other employee while laughing it up(which made it annoying). I eye him with a head motion to make my food since I had been waiting already awhile. He then reluctantly go do. He touched the tortilla with dirty hands (from counting money) and I asked to have a new one and if he could wash his hands first. He ignored my statement and grabbed gloves instead. The other employee told him to wash his hands and then he complied but said "no this is all we have." I pointed behind him and showed him more tortillas in a plastic bag. He turned, grabbed it and used it. He made it and then failed to wrapped it completely in foil and placed it near the register and used pen. I then had to wait even longer bc the register had not rebooted the one said and the other employee was on the phone with technical support. I had a voucher from AA to eat there since my plane was deplaned @8PM. We had been there all day and my husband and I were exhausted & frustrated as it was, now this. I asked if I could leave the voucher with them along with extra funds they could keep but he declined me. By now the line was long and customers who were waiting wanted to get water with their voucher and leave the extra funds but they refused them also. I waited briefly then i left without the food bc now this was taking to long. I was hungry but felt a peace bc I didn't really trust the cleanliness after this encounter nor did I care for the service. I do not fly often but if I do happen to be in the this airport during these hours and need nourishment, then I will choose to "EAT THE VOUCHER PAPER" than return here! A second option recommendation to AA is to have a better alternative to your paying customer in the early hours please. Thank you.
