Everything is extra, asking for an extra spoon of sauce is extra. For the amount of money they charge I expect a good size burrito. I have had better experience at Taco Bell.

I love Qdoba but my experience at this location today was TERRIBLE. I walked in around 7:00 pm and the restaurant was empty but the kids of the employees were running around the restaurant. We weren’t greeted and all of the tables were dirty which immediately made eating inside not an option.I ordered a bowl and the lady making it was very rude. Everything on the line looked like it had been sitting there for hours and there was no queso so I kindly asked if they had fresh queso coming out. She said “no we are out the rest of the day” (2 hours before closing). She then made the bowl like we were in a jailhouse. HORRIBLE attitude! I had to ask her to put more rice in the bowl. If I’m going to pay $12 for steak in my bowl the least you can do is not give me a toddlers portion. There was no corn, and no pico. My best guess is that they were just being lazy & didn’t want to prepare anymore fresh food. If we weren’t on the way to the airport I would have left & went somewhere else.

If you came to the reviews to find out if you should eat here, the answer is YES! Every time I come here I thoroughly enjoy everything I get. Food has such great flavor and the portions are worth it!! The cholula sweet and spicy was the new thing I tried last time and loved it.. the chili lime shrimp with with steak “surf & turf” was delish and definitely recommended. The plus side of coming here is the staff is always so friendly!! If you get a bowl, ask for the crunchy bowl seen in my picture, game changer!Parking: Parking is easy and there is plenty of it!

Imagine going to a chain restaurant and getting overcharged for the combo meal. I wanted chips, queso and a drink the older cashier lady while nice basically took my money without confirming and when asked her where the queso was she made it seem like it was my fault. Like you literally have a sign saying $4.05 for chips, drink and queso…

Consistently I try this location as I like Qdoba because it’s fast, but I caution you from going here. Their pricing is inconsistent, the attitudes of the management at this location is poor, and they’re always on their phones. Prices for extra portions of things like veggies or the like are not listed. I’ll more than likely come back for take out orders, and skip the interaction.

Service was good. First time trying this place. I had the bowl with birria. Not seasoned of flavored. Just your basic place to eat nothing special. Very similar to moes southwest grill.

Tortilla soup! Tortilla soup! Tortilla soup! There is really nothing else to say. Not only is it the only vegetarian tortilla soup I can ever find - it is out of this world. Meat eaters can throw on all the meat they want, if that's their decision, but something this delicious can be made with vegetable stock, why can't more places do the same? I guess it doesn't really matter because no soup compares to Qdoba tortilla soup.Vegetarian options: The tortilla soup is vegetarian and incredible.

The guy tried to overcharge me so I made the same exact order online and showed the pretend manager and the guy interrupted and said yes online you can order it that way but not here....??? Since when.... lol...Server seemed rude and acting as if he was doing me a favor. Tossed my food around and barely put anything in my nacho bowl. I use to come here often but things have changed and I felt mistreated. Food was meh and cold at noon. Place seemed dead and I remember it use to get pretty busy. The same guy also got on his phone between serving people without gloves. Prices have also gone up as selection has dropped. I don't plan on coming back to this location anytime soon.
