If Rafa was alive he’d kill himself. The clientele went down gradually. The food went down day 1. The help is average at best but used to be wonderful. How easy would it have been to take over Rafa!s place and carry on what he created?? That’s being nice about it. It WAS a staple.

Great food! Hope to return! Margaritas, the server didn't place a lime or salt on our drinks! I saw another server hand a margaritas to a customer had salt. So I asked her to bring me a glass with salt.

Stopped here while in the area on a business trip. The food was really great. The chips and salsa were excellent, with the chips still warm. The salsa was flavorful, with a little heat. I had the chicken breast with cheese and veggies (pechuga a la parrilla) rice and beans, plus a side of guacamole. Everything was great. Really it was a lot of food but I happily devoured it.

The ambience was also nice, with a cool environment on a warm day, and nice music(not too loud).

Now the server: Jose. He was very attentive and took good care of me. Would you believe he has worked at this restaurant since it opened in 1975?!? Wow! Going on 50 years! Come dine here. It’s a treat!
