Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Drive thrue guy was rude not the cashier but the guy that hands out the food. Don't know why they have unprofessional personal. He let my food sit while he was chit chating with a coworker i had my window down and put it up cause they were just talking and it was cold it took them a while to open the door then hand me my food.

I order in the app to pick at curbside when a got there it took 20 min or more plus i had to get down and pick up my order

Horrible experience. First time at this location spent about 20 minutes in the drive through line waiting. I get to the window the young women was rude, ask me what’s my order I responded with 5 finger box combos . She looks confused asks me if my order didn’t have extra bread on side I said no. She then asks for me receipt and I give it to her. She gets the order ready and gives it to me. Once I get home I open 3 box combos with 3 fingers with the bread on the side. She literally gave me the order that she asked me if I had. Horrible experience

Bad service made me wait and then got mad and told me why I didn't tell her sooner. That they forgot to make my food 👎👎👎

Did a curbside pickup and the lady forgot my straws and sauce I gave them a call and she handed the straws and sauces in a very rude way. Very disappointed. Tenders seem to be very skinny lately.

Gave me food poisoning, always good don't know what happened two , 3 days ago.

I came by tonight, to get my mobile order. Food was very good service was great at 1st. But then, when I went to order some fries only, it seemed as if, the cashier didn't want to take my order. Now I'm not sure, if I should come back or no. We'll see.

Also quick, fresh, and hot. The follow-through when I asked for crispy and get nice size tenders. Drive thru is efficient for the most part, and associates have been polite.

This was our first visit to a raising Cane's. Well the food was delicious and the staff was friendly, the music was so loud it was impossible for my son and I to like to definitely try again.
