Awesome customer service as soon as you walk in the door she greets she smiles
I find her awesome she was a tentative to the lobby she definitely let you know that she's paying attention to everybody coming in and out she also make sure the lobby was decent and tables and chairs were wiped down always walked around and make sure if we were okay

If you like chicken strips and fries in a fast food environment, this is it. They do one thing - chicken. And they do it extremely well. Employees are always pleasant and the food is ready quickly.

I had a great experience at Raising Cane’s thanks to Latorya. She was very welcoming, polite, and professional from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my order was correct, and provided fast and friendly service.

The best !! Friendly staff, rapid food and good vides. The staff often walk around checking in and seeing if we needed more. Wow !! Not been to a fast food place like this before....

Normally, I would give a 5 star but highly disappointed in this location in Dallas off Greenville food and the service. When the young lady at the drive through handed me my drink she shoved it on me and I was in shock trying to grab it before almost dropping it. Ok, I let that go. Then I get home to find my coleslaw is halfway full, the bread taste as if it just came out of the freezer. you know a freezer burn taste or something, and the fries were soggy and cold. I am a frequent customer, and this definitely made me think twice on whether I will come back to this location.
