Normally ts is good but I get in line and someone has already paid and is waiting for their drink I assume and after 2-3 minutes of the guy at the register not knowing how to work it I move to the left line where I am asked to repeat my order at least 4 times and then it is still wrong when it was FINALLY given to me. When we were waiting for the food the guy handing people their food was talking with people in the kitchen and there was about 6 orders of peoples food just sitting there, not being given to the people who paid.

I ordered the box combo three times thru door dash and there's always an issue with the my order. Most recently I order the box combo and I paid 23 dollars thru door dash and the employees only have the door dash driver my drink and not the food. So the driver just brought me a drink, he stated that the employees only gave him the drink. But this isn't the first time canes messes up my order.

I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience I had at your restaurant on [insert date here]. I visited the location with my children, and unfortunately, we encountered multiple issues that I believe need your immediate attention.

First, after placing my order, I noticed that the staff placed the food on the counter without calling my name. I had to approach the counter myself, only to find one of the chicken fingers from my order sitting outside the plate and touching the counter. This raised serious concerns about hygiene, as food should not be handled or served in such a manner.

When I addressed the issue with a staff member, I did not receive an apology or any form of acknowledgment. Instead, the employee silently took the plate, replaced it with another one, and handed it back to me, again with no apology or explanation for the mistake. This lack of courtesy and professionalism was highly concerning.

Additionally, the table we sat at was not clean, despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time. The staff members were laughing and joking together inside, appearing unconcerned about the state of the dining area or the customers who were present. What made the situation more frustrating was that some of the customers in the restaurant appeared to be friends of the staff members, and they were treated differently while others, like myself, were largely ignored.

I feel that such behavior is unacceptable in a restaurant, especially when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. As a paying customer, I expect a clean environment, proper food handling, and staff who are focused on serving their customers rather than socializing with friends.

I kindly request that you address these issues with your staff and ensure that better hygiene standards and customer service practices are put in place. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled, as this experience has made me reluctant to return to your restaurant.

As a regular at Raising Cane's, I have to say that Keke always makes my visits exceptional. She's incredibly sweet and always goes the extra mile to make sure my order is perfect. Fries were severely undercooked. Again. WHY ARE THE FRIES ALWAYS SO BAD? And soggy. For almost $40, you’d think they would be at least a little brown. Not freaking raw.
