The Raising Cane’s in Galleria Mall. Lots of people were waiting to place order, especially in the weekend. It’s good that the store opened 3 registers to take the orders and 3 staff members, including the lead/manager, to verify the orders and distribute to the customers. I received my order in 7 mins during the peak of lunch time. Nice job on the management and trained staff members.There are tables and seats in front of the restaurant shared with other restaurants. It’s sometimes difficult to find the seats during the weekend.Parking: There is parking garage building beside the Mall. Parking is free. There is the bridge at 2F connecting the parking garage and the entrance of the Mall.

I was working for canes and on my way out the back door I was jumped by another canes employee and called HR. Along with police and canes decided to fire me for the one getting jumped in my canes uniform that’s just not right !!!!!

As a mall employee/Manager I would not recommend this cane location.... employees are beyond rude like they don't want to be there... and food came out Raw and partially frozen missing items for my meal....Cross contamination to the extreme... save your money spend somewhere else I will not recommend this location to anyone...I take food safety seriously

I don't often grab fast food, but stopped at Raising Cane's yesterday. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal in The Galleria.It was super, hot tender and served so quickly. Dipping sauce was really tasty. All around really good ?
Service is always friendly and orders are usually delivered very fast. I haven't had any problems on the quality and freshness of the food.
