I had a very horrible experience in this location. I went through the drive thru and had a canes employee her name is Rejoice going off on me saying she hated me , and was slamming and cussing me out. I did absolutely nothing to her and she reacted that way towards me it if very unprofessional of her to be acting like this.

Been coming here for years! Great food, but I was disappointed to see a worker out in the heat taking orders in July without fans or shade. It's unnecessary. Would have been fine to just order at the window.

Ordered online, when I arrived the lady at the counter had an attitude and was annoyed I didn't know where to pick up my order. Ordered two meals one with extra fries and one with extra bread. After getting home there was no extra bread, no extra fries, soda was just carbonation and no straws. We like Cane's but $33.00 with bad service and missing/wrong order is a deal breaker for us. Golden Chick from now on.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Spencer, at Raising Cane’s. He was incredibly kind and respectful, I watched him treat a homeless man with so much compassion and dignity, trying to help him without any judgment. It was truly heartwarming to see. The world needs more people like him.

I wanted to share my recent and extremely disappointing experience at your restaurant. I received an email from Raising Cane’s promoting a BOGO offer in celebration of Father’s Day, available to Caniac Club members. Naturally, I stopped by to redeem the offer, only to be told by the cashier that it “wasn’t popping up.”

He then called over someone who appeared to be a manager. Unfortunately, his demeanor was very dry, and he avoided eye contact throughout our interaction. I showed him the email I received, and he told me the promotion wasn’t on my card, so he couldn’t honor it. I explained that I’ve been a loyal customer and Caniac Club member with over 139 visits, which he confirmed. Still, he insisted the deal couldn’t be applied.

The email stated that the offer was for all Caniac Club members, yet it was denied even with clear proof of membership and loyalty. This felt not only dismissive but misleading—what was advertised as a universal promotion clearly turned out to be something else.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the way this was handled. I will not be returning to this location, and unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be supporting Raising Cane’s. Sending out broad promotional emails and then failing to honor them at the store level is unacceptable and feels like false advertising.

Got a 3 box combos. My box was wrong. Only gave me three fingers. One of them was a little tiny piece of chicken. Pretty upset. Worked at Canes for 8 years myself as a manager and we made sure to be quality checking our chicken. How upsetting.
