The place looks nice - one of the best restrooms I ever seen in fast food chains,a lot of space in a parking area, good vibes from the staff, and the dining room looks amazing clean, cozy and spacious. The food is pretty good, but not many options to choose from. No outside tables, which you can find nearby at In-N-Out. I visited Canes just because In-N-Out was closed at 10 a.m., and I was not disappointed!

Bro can y’all please do the world ? a favor and just give us at least 3 ketchups automatically if there are fries. I didn’t even get any ketchtup at all. Food is great and everything but now I got a bunch of fries without ketchup just give me the fkin ketchup. Dude didn’t even ask this is the one on Mockingbird near the airport. God forbid you ask for more ketchup it’s like they have their family for ransom just give me the fkin ketchup

First time at Raising Canes. Ordered the three chicken tenders. Very juicy and fries are on point. Texas toast is delicious.
I’m changing and updating my review. I went to the location tonight and service is now slow. Then the guy spilled lemonade n my car not ensuring the cap was on the cup tight. Then didn’t even apologize just going offer me napkins.

The 3rd time in 2 weeks that I get nuggets vs chicken tenders. I won't be going to this location on Maple and Mockingbird ever again. If I wanted nuggets I would've gone to McDonald's.
Always ask for fresh chicken and if you order the the regular box replace your coleslaw for another bread fresh fries too the customer service is always good here clean restrooms and their not stingy with their

Sad, I was craving Canes so bad and when we got home the strips were so small and the fries were still soggy. The Canes in Las Colinas would never!!!!!

*This place needs to be shut down by the health department. The Styrene from the styrofoam is leaching into your food and will give you cancer*Giving customers piping hot food in a styrafoam container should be illegal. Within minutes, the piping hot deep fryed chicken burned through the stryrofoam causing chemicals to leach directly into the food. I ate them in my dimly lit car only to discover how melted the styrofoam box was afterwards. I am sickended that I've unintentionally consumed a large dose of Stryene and micro plastics.For an extra .10 cents they could provide customers with heavy duty containers which would prevent chemicals from leaching into your food but this company has such little regard for your health they don't see the extra 10 cents to protect your health as worth the investment.I work in the biomedical field and I can tell you first-hand that and Styrene is a well-researched and well known endocrine disrupter and neurotoxin linked to numerous cancers. They need to make some immediate changes before they get hit with a class action (which would be well deserved).
