Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Value: 3/5 ----- I'd say the food is overall ok - but the vibes are great (we need more of these spots on the Katy Trail), the people are SO friendly and service is excellent, and THE MAC AND CHEESE IS LITERALLY INCREDIBLE. I don't know what they put in their cheese sauce, but I'm addicted. One of my favorite weekend rituals is running over at 9am on a Sunday and getting a large serving to go for the day. We've also tried their breakfast tacos and breakfast sandwiches - overall pretty yummy but I think it's not anything to write home (or yelp) about. Keep saying we need to try their lunch/bbq for real, but still tbd. Mac and cheese - for real, just get it.

I have been to this location twice and it wasn't open. Their business hours are not posted on Yelp nor are they to be found on the website link on yelp. Also the phone number shown on Yelp is incorrect and goes to the VM for a woman named Tracy????

I mean this place is just absolutely nuts. The crawfish - incredible. Sausage, burnt ends - incredible. Coleslaw, potato salad - incredible. Mac and Cheese was my personal favoriteHaven't eaten an item on the menu yet that I haven't enjoyed. Great location, live music, great service, great vibes. Couldn't recommend more!

Great location but I think they need to work a bit on the food. I loved Rathburn's gorilla pop up bbqs we found by accident during the pandemic. Saw the place going up while riding the Katie Trail and l ew we had to stop. The patio looks great for hanging out or getting a rest from exercise on the trail. Had a brisket sandwich which was good but felt a little like it might have been left over rather than fresh. Not bad but not the same as the pop ups brisket. My son had their hamburger which he enjoyed. Service jumps around from super attentive to we forgot there was any. Likely due to new staff. Have seen Kent there a few times so I suspect there is some training going on. They must be waiting for aLiquor license since each time we've been there free beer has been offered. Reason alone to try things again I'll keep going back because I love Rathburn and hopefully when the dust is shaken off I can improve the rating.

Bad brisket. Dry with no bark and they automatically cover with sauce. The brisket barely has any smoke flavor if any. I'm not even sure they used a smoker. Not expensive and the Mac and cheese was fine. In contention for worst bbq we have gone to.

If you like BBQ, this is a must try. The team is friendly and the vibe is great! The brisket is wonderful along with everything on the menu. Must have the brisket, salmon, ribs, Mac and cheese. The "magic mustard" is AMAZING! Definitely a place to chill and enjoy. Live music on the Katy Trail is always great.
Online Rathbun might look like a parking lot with just a food truck but when you show up it's a whole experience. The Manager Jack is extremely friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. They have heaters and fires burning for the cold temps and any possible game you want to watch will be put onTV. I highly recommend the pork burnt ends and pork ribs. Their sides are incredible and after leaving you will never want just a basic potato salad again in your life. Highly recommend this place.

We were walking on the Katy trail and saw this place - we decided to give it a try and were blown away. They owners are so nice. The food is incredible!! We got wagyu sausage, brisket sandwich and Burnt ends. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!
