I took a group of 10 here for cocktails on the fly after a business meeting and we had a lovely experience! Of course, be prepared for the fact that it’s in the Ritz Carlton—I felt a little out of place and probably would have dressed up a bit more if I had planned it. But I didn’t sweat it—it’s fun just to be around a little glamour, especially if you want to create a unique and impressive experience for clients/associates 😉
My only constructive comment for the mixologists would be to make the mocktails less sweet—I was hoping for something light and refreshing and found mine to be too syrupy.
Overall, the service was great and my guests were happy. The atmosphere allowed people to relax and chat in a fun, swanky environment after a long day of conferencing.

My friends and I love Rattlesnake. They always have great drinks and it’s a convenient spot, but what really has kept us coming back for years are the consistently great people. Emma is an exceptional server who handles large parties beautifully. Ryan is an exceptional bartender; we are always excited to be there when he’s behind the bar. The bar manager Daniel is attentive, friendly, and helpful. What’s unique about Rattlesnake is that it’s great for a casual drink while also being a perfect option for larger groups and events - highly recommend you consider them!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Rattlesnake Bar at The Ritz, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, making it the perfect spot for a night out or a casual drink after a long day.
The cocktail menu is impressive, featuring a creative selection of drinks that cater to all tastes. I tried the signature Rattlesnake cocktail, and it was a delightful blend of flavors that left me wanting more. The bartenders are not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
The bar also offers a selection of small bites that perfectly complement the drinks. I highly recommend trying the charcuterie board – it was beautifully presented and delicious!
Whether you're looking for a cozy place to unwind or a lively spot to kick off your evening, Rattlesnake Bar is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their offerings!

I was quite disappointed with my experience, as it did not meet my expectations. The espresso martini was watery, lacking character, no balance between ingredients, doubt if they used real espresso. Additionally, the beef carpaccio lacked cohesion; it was a disorganized assortment of ingredients—chunks of avocado, horseradish, and flavorless jalapeño—all disorganized, really nothing to highlight. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity for a well-crafted cocktail and dish. Unfortunately, this experience did not justify the time or cost.
This place is very pricey but expected. The drinks are great and they have a wide range of cocktails to chose from. You know how at bars you order drinks thinking they’ll be great and they’re not? Well here they are great as you’d expect very impressed! Got very crowded on a Friday at 6 no more open seating standing only. They also have an outside section but not sure if that’s for the restaurant. Espresso martinis are delicious!

Overall a nice experience but our server added on an additional tip for herself on my bill. Very unprofessional. I kept the customer copy of the receipt and called to have this fixed. I left a message with their manager, but have not had a response in over a week. Watch out for your charges!!
