Whenever I go there I sit at the Bar. Well, this time that I went. I met the most amazing person that happened to be bartending. His name is Victor, what a delightful and wonderful person. One of his coworkers whom he was very close to was having a birthday. Victor kindly let me know that he would be right back to take my order, went to help the crew sing 🎶 the Happy Birthday song to his friend , came right back attended to me and even brought me a piece of his friend’s Birthday cake. The ambience is very nice. You have big screen televisions all throughout the restaurant. I love it there. ♥️♥️♥️

He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked in at the perfect moments without being overbearing, and made us feel completely taken care of. Food: They overcooked the fish and the green beans were weird and soupy, but the rice was okay, I guess. The meal wasn't worth $18 tho. I ended up eating only the fish, the garlic bread, and the salad and throwing away the rest.
Service: The host needs to work on his people skills. The bartender is cool.

I ordered the blackened chicken breast and it was flat dry and no tast. If a restaurant cannot make something that simple, then I'm not going back to tast their complex food! They lost my business.

And we came here out of the blue with a pretty specific time constraint. We had another appointment we had to get to so dinner had to be pretty quick. We shared this up front when we were being seated and the service not only acknowledged this but took it into consideration. It exceeded my expectations how attentive, pleasant and focused the entire staff was to help ensure that we were not late to our next appointment. That alone is reason enough to go back. The food as well it was good. Red beans and rice is a classic and the etouffee was very good.
Way to go team. This is how customer service is done well.

I visited tonight with my family, and the service was excellent from start to finish! The host who seated us was very kind, and our waitress, Tay, was absolutely wonderful so friendly, helpful, and sweet. Every time she passed by she asked was everything okay which it was ! She also made sure to tell us all about the current deals, which we really appreciated. The manager was walking around checking on guests, which shows they truly care about customer satisfaction. I ordered the jalapeño catfish, but the flavor was a bit too strong for me. I let Tay and the manager know, and they immediately took care of it without hesitation. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location and highly recommend it to others!
