I was craving Razzoo’s so I was really excited to come in and order a Poboy. I sat down, waited 7-10 minutes before I was greeted. Once I was greeted I ordered my food right away. It took 35 to 40 minutes to get my Poboy. When I received it, the food was cold. The shrimp were very tiny baby shrimp. I did not receive any silverware. People who came in and ordered after me received their food before I did. I let the manager know what happened. His reply was that he thought the food was to go. I was confused at the explanation. Overall just a very unpleasant experience. I’m extremely disappointed..

I go to razoos often and my last visit was horrible. A total of 4 people in the restaurant working including the manager. I ordered a “green tea drink” from the bar and the server, manager and bartender were confused. First red flag. The manager came to our table and tried to fix the situation but then threw a price in my face as if a $12 drink wasn’t normal in todays age lol. Waited about 35 minutes for a canal combo. Was not fresh or hot. Ordered two shots of Jameson that was not measured out because my friend ordered a Don q shot and her ONE shot was my two shots put together. But apparently the bartenders use jiggers. Im a bartender of 3 years and I know thats a bold face lie. I will not be coming back to this location and the manager “Hector” needs to be replaced immediately.

Our neighborhood Razzoos is good but the experience at this location(hwy75) was extra fantastic. All of our food came out looking good, hot, and yummy. Jordan was amazing and made sure we all felt like priority. Refreshing experience.

We did not get our drinks until after our appetizer which was a 20 min wait. We sat there for an additional 40 min and did not see our food. We got up to leave and the waitress said she thinks she saw our food almost ready. Meanwhile, groups of four and individuals that came in 30 min after us were eating. We left without having our order served.

Came in a little later on a weeknight, but service was still amazing and food was delicious. The crawfish was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the level was spice was perfect — there was a kick but I was not in pain from it. Jordan, our server, was extremely attentive, explaining the menu and offering different options. He made our experience the best it could possibly be.
