We had an amazing server Lex! She was very professional and we didn’t have to wait or want for anything. I would definitely recommend this place. I am coming back and I will ask for Lex to have another great experience!!!!

The manager with the red hair was being extremely unprofessional and was bullying a young server with purple hair. I could clearly see that the manager was picking on this server and creating a hostile work environment. The server with the purple hair remained professional and respectful throughout the entire conversation and explained her side thoroughly. The manager seemed to not care about her side or about reprimanding her in front of other guests. As a guest, I should not have heard such disrespect towards such a valuable employee. The manager threatened to fire her twice within our time there. It was hard to witness. Our server did an amazing job . She was knowledgeable about the menu, fast, friendly, and got our food out quickly. She was a perfect server, I also saw her doing other side work in a quick and efficient manner. It’s such a shame to see management treat their employees this way and it really put a damper on the celebration my dad and I came here for.

The GM Rich is a creep. I quit because he had personal cameras all over the restaurant to watch at his house. I came back and he had the audacity to have my server tell me I’m still being recorded….

I'm not big on most seafood but I like shrimp and this coconut shrimp is fantastic! Good drinks too. And it surprisingly doesn't smell like a fish market. Oh and Biscuits, mmmm, need I say more!

My mother ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream setup with a baked potato as one of her sides. She opted for the potato to have lobster added for context. First off, when she got her potato, she noticed how hard it was like it was baked days before. It was hard and dark on the inside as well as drier and hard on the inside.** Then, the pasta that comes with the dream had all its shrimp tails on, which isn't realistic at all. That made her have to reach into her hot pasta to remove the tails before she could enjoy her food. The whole ordeal just kinda ruined the experience for us. When she asked the sever if that was normal, all they could respond with was yes. It was truly questioned because we make it an annual thing to go to red lobsters (different locations), and we never had the tails still on the shrimp in the pasta. *Side note: the classic biscuits' first batch were sadly hard, but they fixed it on a second run.**Thankfully, they offered to replace the potato later, but the fact that it wasn't right the first try sucked.

It seems Red Lobster gets worse and worse. The manager was rude when I complained about my food. I just wanted a refund for my original lobster bisque which tasted like water that turned into more water downed clam chowder. I sat and ate my lobster pizza which tasted like overcooked cardboard. Ive been to other red lobsters and the food and service are great. This restaurant was poor the staff and the extremely rude manager were terrible. The waitress even said she had an attitude. If improvements are not made this Red Lobster will end up like Outback next to it.
Services were wonderful, and they gave you a lot of food. I had to get a to go box. I will come back soon.

They need to work on making sure everything you ordered is on the plate brought to you. It Waa corrected but if we hadn't noticed I would not have gotten my crablegs, I do love Lobsterfest.
