It’s not a great place in the area but it’s affordable and many people mostly new refugees and immigrants are able to afford and live there. I have a family member that I often go to visit and I love how much the people support and care for each other.
It feels like a village of a tribe and then you will notice that the people are from all over the world ?.

My son has rented an apartment here for the past 2 years as it was somewhat close to UT. One of the managers, Jose has been very helpful and always provide information and very professional. We’ve had some issues that needed repair and overall we were pleased.

The Office manager a pretty nice but there’s a lot of cockroach we’ve been living here almost 6 years It’s good for people who is have lower income and you don’t have to pay for the water bill.
