The best Sunday brunch I've ever had was at this place; the tacos and the eggs Benedict with pork are the best!! Highly recommended, Chef Ray is the best!!

Waiter was terrible. Ordered and received our appetizer and didn't see the waiter again for 20 minutes. During dinner my friend ordered a drink. Waiter comes back, no drink and when she asks he says he forgot. Bring drink, not made correctly. Made drink again, still not correct. Cancel drink. The correct drinks we did receive were good as was our food.

Delicious, has gluten/dairy free and vegetarian options. Service was great, had knowledge on restrictions and attentive. Handicapped access and can accommodate larger parties.

Really awesome place with great Texas or Western decor, great bar and amazing home cooking southern comfort food. Chicken Fried Steak with jalapeno gravy was fantastic, others in our party had Chicken Pot pie, Brisket Ravioli and meatloaf and everyone Loved their meals. We definitely will be back again and again

Food was incredible and the whiskey selection was an added bonus. Had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Patrick. Very personable and his presence was noticeable among patrons and staff. This is the kind of place I will come back to time and time again.

wow - another fantastic dinner with friends.. there is an wonderful chef's menu (in addition to the regular one) and we've gone several times in the last few weeks to try out the choices... They definitely never disappoint!!!

This restaurant is one of my favorites on the planet. Chef Ray is brilliant.. the food is off the charts. I have travelled and worked in 32 countries.. and I have not had a better meal than what I have experienced at the Republic Tavern. The staff is truly a team and gives you a wonderful family environment, it was reasonable noise level.. perfect for a nice catch up with friends and no need to yell. Will come here multiple times in the future on the way to Stars games... great Place!!

Always a great time! The food is delicious, drinks to the rim and the friendliest and most professional wait staff and hostess!

Seated immediately at reservation time! Great service! Food and drink were fabulous! My husband had the Parmesan Cod over the spinach and tomato broth. He loved it and I had a bite and it was so good. I had the Bacon wrapped meatloaf and it was very flavorfull. Our apps (regular orders for us) deviled ages and taco cups were perfect as always. My cucumber gimlet was a nice refreshing drink. Our server never missed a beat! Anytime we come to town, this is our place!

The best deviled eggs ever. Dinner was good, but the appetizer stole the show.

Republic is a favorite dinner restaurant for my husband and I. We expected brunch to be great. And it was. The specials and drinks were fantastic and the meals delicious.
