The food was excellent. We both ordered different types of fish (salmon and Halibut), which were prepared differently and with various sauces. While both were very different, they were excellently prepared.
We have been dining at Republic since it opened, and have never had anything but a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, the staff is excellent, the food is always stellar, and the cocktails excellent.
Lunchtime noise levels are so much more tolerable than the evening! I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is beautifully prepared, delicious, and always served promptly. Great place for lunch AND happy hour!
