I absolutely LOVE this place! They have the BEST wedge salad! The brisket grilled cheese is also amazing! I just had this delivered today. It was just as delicious. As it was at the restaurant! I also got the banana fosters upside down cake! Chef’s kiss! Don’t miss out on Republic! It is a true gem! Glad that we stumbled on this place. A few years back. It is one of my all time favorite places to eat. The chef’s are amazing! Always coming up with new and different specials...
There are a few dishes to eat healthy but, if you want a good ole “comfort” meal...this is the place! The chicken friend NY strip steak was yummy! If you plan on visiting with your party, would recommend a booth as they are surrounded by high seats which allows everyone to hear one another. Patio looks nice but was next to parking lot. A we will definitely be returning!
