I flew into Dallas for a conference at the Adolphus Hotel on Easter Sunday. It felt a bit cliché sitting alone at a hotel bar on a holiday. I mentioned that in passing to the most amazing bartender Nate. We had a laugh and Nate made it his mission to make sure my evening was anything but! With amazing service, attention to detail and riveting conversation Nate made my night!!The food and drink were good but the experience was stellar. Thanks Nate!! I’ll see you again the next time I’m in Dallas!

This is the ugliest experience I have ever had. I went to the bar at 8:38 pm on Monday. I was ignored staffed walking by me. I was never acknowledged or offered assistance. After waiting for 7 minutes in the restaurant, I simply left. Your guests shouldn't be treated like that way. Look for a different hotel and restaurant to stay at.
The staff was so welcoming and the service was so good that I came in for drinks every night that I was in town. RJ and Kodiak made me feel like I was a regular at the bar from my first visit. Total chill experience for me.
