Went there to celebrate my retirement with friends. This wasn't our original choice. That restaurant refused to seat us because I had my service dog in training with me. We picked Rodeo Goat as the second option, and it was great. Food was good and the service was excellent.
Thank you.

If you aren’t from Dallas GO HERE. bartenders are great and super knowledgeable about the city. Food is fantastic.
Pros
1. Food accurate to order
2. Food was delicious
3. Wait time for a seat and the food was fast
4. Food portion sizes good / large
5. Plenty of close parking
Cons
1. Our waitress had an attitude and didn’t seem to want to serve us. A shame. Additionally, she did not check our table much.
2. Small bathrooms
3. Bathrooms not kept clean and not sure if they get serviced or not regularly. Didn’t seem so.
Final Thoughts
If you are in the area and want some delicious burgers maybe give it a try? You will have large portion sizes and leave full. Beware bathrooms though the wait time for those may be elongated for a toilet.
Sits over 100 in the location but a one stalled bathroom… hm. No good.

Great place to visit! Fun Atmosphere, great service, and the food was amazing. Thank you to our server, B, who was kind and patient and took the time to explain the menu items to us. Will definitely visit again when I travel to Dallas.

Food is great. Seating is okay. Mostly high tops with large tables and tall stools. There are some regular tables but not many. Service is good but they are very busy and it's hard to get their attention. The portions of fries are huge with the burgers being of expected size. Everyone loved what they ordered. The cowboy caviar is AMAZING!

They were able to accommodate our group of 15 easily. We got there at the right time as we left it was packed out. The burgers were great. I got the Chaka which had a little kick and lots of flavor. We got the surprise fries and they were devoured by everyone.

I stopped by for lunch as it was relatively close to my hotel. With a small party, we were able to be immediately seated. I ordered the River Oaks C.C burger with a side of fries. The patty on the burger was cooked well and was nicely balanced with a solid flavour profile although it leaned a bit towards the bland side. The sauces, mayo and mustard, complemented the burger well as did most of the other toppings such as the tomato, lettuce, cheese, and pickles. My only real complaint about the burger itself was that it was a bit tall and the amount of onions was a bit much considering the flavour profile of raw onions. The fries were solidly seasoned but they seemed a bit overdone as the colour tended more towards a brownish hue than golden. The service flow here was confusing as with a burger focused restaurant, it would lend itself more to a fast casual service flow but it took around 25 minutes to half an hour to get our food which seemed a bit long. The service itself was solid with our waiter being sufficiently attentive. It's not an extremely expensive meal, but a longer wait time can make it less attractive, especially during lunch hours where time might be of the essence.
We were in town 5 days and discovered this place. We ended up eating here once for lunch and once for dinner. I tried the DCC and then the Empire and the husband had the Billy Gibbons twice. We split some sweet potatoes fries. All were fantastic! Save room for the cookies and cream shake! Kiddo says the sliders are great with bbq chips. Highly recommended this inexpensive and delicious gem in Dallas!
Happy hour spoiled by rude waitress Braden (sp?). Ordered 2 pints and a bowl of fries while we contemplated what to have for dinner. She dropped off the suds and spuds and walked off without bringing napkins. Tried repeatedly to get her attention and, finally after 5ish minutes, I caught her eye and asked if we could please have some utensils (as we needed napkins for the greasy fries). With loads of attitude, she said, "For fries???" as she walked off to fetch us napkins…not an unreasonable request at a restaurant lMO. She dropped them at the table and walked away silently, so I said sarcastically, "So sorry to bother you, I know you're busy" (restaurant was not even 1/3 full at the time). Her rudeness was disappointing and unnecessary. If you dislike the public so much, maybe you shouldn't work in a restaurant as waitstaff? We decided to go elsewhere for dinner, as there are plenty of options just as good--and better--within a mile.
amazing burger!!! juicy and full of flavor! Great atmosphere and customer service.
Vegan or Veggie Blackbean Burger - Listen the truth is: it's Tasteless, period. Giving it a 2 because I thgt the sprouts was a nice thing to add since it particularly healthy, and for those who want to 'feel' like there eating something big (also w/o it feeling too heavy) it could work for that, ig, for the price. But yes its utterly tasteless, and you should know.
