Always a fantastic burger and toppings. Don’t be afraid to try something that doesn’t seem like it will be amazing because it usually is.

Most excellent customer service. Tried the Hatch Me If You Can. Expected a little spicier flavor and although mild it had smooth flavor.
The burger of course rocked.

My food experience was only 2 and a half stars. And I don't enjoy giving such low stars. I like trying places that have particular focus on burgers. They don't offer a legit traditional smash burger. But they offered to accommodate my request for a smash patty. The burger looked beautiful. Fresh produce, perfect buns. The meat had flavor but not much. I try my burgers with absolutely no sauce period. I want to truly experience the flavor and level of seasonings. Burger was a 2 and a half flavor wise. Then I put mustard and mayo on for the next bite. It became 3 Stars. The onion rings were delicious and crispy and looked like fine art. Ordered a grill cheese for my granddaughter. The bread was almost unchewable. The cheese was very disobedient. It didn't want to melt. So it just sat there kinda glued to the bread
On par for rodeo goat atmosphere wise. Food-wise, the buns were a bit stale. The Frisco location is the best one. Server was largely absent throughout the meal so we couldn't order all the drinks we wanted to. For me personally, I hate how they gutted the place to create rodeo goat - this is where Highland Park Cafeteria used to be. I don't know why they had to make it so excessively ugly for the rodeo goat esthetic.

The empire stikes back burger was a little too salty for my liking but everything else was great!

Burger and fries were amazing!
Our table seemed to be right underneath an AC vent blowing gail force winds. A HVAC team needs to fix this.
And once we had paid our bill, our waitress proceeded to ignore refilling our drinks while we still sat at the table. Given what we spent and tipped, that was extremely disappointing!

I recently was in the Houston area where I tried Rodeo Goat for the first time. My wife and I liked it so much I looked forward to trying this location nearest us in Dallas.
Everything was just as good as in Houston, except the waitress made me feel like she didn't want to be waiting on me at all, which makes me much less likely to want to return to this location.

It’s like they go do all they can to make it impossible to eat a burger by hand. I ordered a custom burger to try to get as close as possible to a “ normal burger” and in typical rodeo goat fashion… it’s like they dunk the bun in a bucket of water before putting the burger together…. Literally just by picking it up. It falls into pieces…. Might as well serve it in a bowl with a fork… $22 dollars later i’m once again reminded why I don’t frequent this place. The sweet potato fries are literally like a bowl of noodles.
Unless you wanna eat like a toddler, I don’t recommend it.
