I was connected with a realtor from this agency named Joey by a house search website. He was not good on communication. When we arrived for a showing which had been confirmed in writing several times he seemed to not know that we had an appointment. He sent me documents to sign for release of credit information etc. with no brokers information listed. In the end we did not even qualify for the house he showed us based on information listed in the MLS which he clearly had not read. He wasted our time and was very unprofessional.

Renters beware: general low responsiveness to everything, especially repairs.Property owners beware: general low responsiveness to renters and repairs…Best to avoid this bunch and spare yourself the headache.*addition after receiving response: It does not make sense why I am asked to provide details when I put work orders in the system. It took nearly 2 months to repair a backed up washer drain, the toilet repair was a hack job, and when I went to the RH office to seek resolution, Rogers himself came out surrounded by a security entourage and asked, "Can I help you, or are you ready to leave?" Bully on top and unresponsive below!

For those interested in doing business with this brokerage.I'll save you the trouble, don't do it.Rogers Healy is a foul-mouthed ruffian. We made multiple verbal agreements with one of his Agents that never made their way into our contract. Only to find out that upon signing, the majority of the terms we assumed would be in the contract were not present. They used this to strong-arm me until the very end.The agent I worked with was “fed up” and ignored all my phone calls and stonewalled me. All they care about is their commission, if you attempt to say anything they threaten you with lawsuits.This is who you're dealing with my advice to all is to steer clear of this firm and find people who actually know the business.
