Ok, so I like the season on their fish, however you should not be prepared to eat your fish when they give it to you because you'll have to take it home and finish cooking it. The fish is fresh but even if you tell them extra crispy it soggy on one side. The restaurant has been there too long to look like it does they don't care how the facility looks no upgrades at all in over 35yrs or more some of the staff is professional while others should have been dismissed a long time ago. My personal opinion but the fish doesn't taste like it was caught floating on top of the water it just needs to be put in the oven on 350 to cook longer and release the grease
I love this place.. i really do! I been eating Ronnie’s since a kid and this hurt my heart. I ordered a 2 piece fillet and feel like i just got the breading - no meat ?. Idk if the South Dallas location is getting the bad fish or what but it’s the second time my food has been subpar smh

I went today. The customer service was good. We got the catfish filets. You can tell they cut one to make it two. They were very small. The fries were soggy. I regret spending my money at this establishment. I will never go back. I will definitely let people know they are being ripped off. The location is in South Dallas.

DISRESPECTFUL PLACE ..I've been waiting over 1 hour and 15 minutes for my order, then when I ask about my order, the gentleman gets and attitude ..then I ask him why it's taken so long,then he says,cause it is,and that I need to wait outside,so I said just give me back my money,and he says,He is not given me back S_ _ T_ !!!!..... TO ALL OF MY CHURCH GOING MEMBERS , DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE UNTIL THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT, THIS GOES FOR MY V.A WORKERS TOO...the only way to get their attention is to disrupt their income flow...let's spend our money with the Hispanics and the Caucasian, at least they won't treat us like trash...

This was my first time coming to this location I have been going to other locations and I have never had a problem I went on 7/24/24 I ordered a two pieces of cat fish fillets the gentleman said add a dollar on anything you order which was crazy to me but I did thinking maybe they need to update they menu price so I get my food 1 Catfish fillet cut into two for a two piece. That’s crazy to me please get your stuff together cause that’s bad business

Whatever you do, if you want some good Fish don't come to this Ronnie's.They said 10 minutes.They have you waiting more like 35 minutes.There's a big Fleet of cars out here waiting on their order.Looking frustrated it might be good, but it aint that good.Not worth the WAIT!!! Be honest and say how long it's really gonna take.You really need to start taking call in orders get your weight up. I'm glad we can leave reviews to let people know don't come to this one. And? They have a sign, no refund Dam.I can't even get my money back So i'm stuck now!!

I calls and calls to place to place an lunch order they never answer the phones I literally have to drive here and waste my whole lunch also, they need to use gloves when handling and preparing food and practice sanitation the young man grabbed his phone texted and started back cooking that’s crossed contamination. Oh they answering because the owners truck in the back. Please make sure everyone is washing hands constantly customers pay attention to this. Overall the fish is amazing.

Location was very clean. Waited about 5min to be serviced, but once cashier arrived to the window I was given a buzzer to wait in my car for my order.
I ordered a 3 piece meal and 10 chicken wings. The fish was superb. Not too salty. Seasoned and fried to perfection. 5 out of 5 stars.
The chicken however wasn't as good as expected. The chicken was fried well but the flavor was lacking. Had the chicken been seasoned as well as the fish, it would have also garnered a 5 out of 5. Fries were meh, mine were a bit over cooked and not seasoned. I did pay extra for jalapeños, hot sauce and katchup and I didn't see the extra packets reflected for what I paid, unfortunately.
