Updated: I've been back since this review. I told them about my experience. They acknowledged it and they corrected it (plus some). That's all a good customer can ask a good business to do. Thanks Ronnie's Catfish. I'm definitely still riding with you guys.
I've been at least once per week for the last 8 weeks. I've been telling people how consistently good my fried catfish tails were. March 11 was a huge disappointment. I ordered two crispy catfish tails around noon. My fish was hot and fresh, but the tails I received weren't worth $11.19. I got one tail with zero fish on it at all. The second tail was about the size of a guppy. I know that the size isn't their fault, but selling obviously too small fish isn't ok. And because the meat was lacking on one tail, it was actually inedible. It was burned, not fried crispy like I asked. I'll try again. I hope it was just a bad day. I'll be sure to point out my review here when I come back. Thanks-I'm Nikki

Here’s what I ordered and i only got a 3 pcs cat & another 3 piece only went back up to the store she said she didnt have a order but it clearly shows it was at her location very unfair she said request a refund through uber i didnt want a refund i wanted my food very poor customer

This place was empty and l know why, I ordered a 2 piece filet catfish that really was 2 dark strips of swai, and it was tough! My mom had a 4 piece catfish filet of nothing but crumbs and some type of nuggets no filet at all, if you order fish from Ronnies l would advise you to check your order before you leave, because we live way on the other side of town only to get home and find out that we had nothing to eat ? Needless to say we won't be back.
