My shrimp order was good, but the lady behind had called in an order of tails. When she got there to pick them up she was told they were out of tails. I felt so bad for her because my wife eats them & loves them when they are fried extra crispy. Some one dropped the ball when they took her order#SoSad.
Didn't receive my complete order. Called Ronnie's, Uber didn't get both bags. ? I had to go pick it up, which defeated my reason for ordering. The service was GREAT. The young lady that assisted me was very, very nice & apologized. They redid my fish order, so that it could be hot. The fish was DELICIOUS! ? I was a lil disappointed n my pork chops. They were cooked too long. Very dry.
This is the only place in Dallas selling real catfish. I have ordered from multiple places and get home to find I have a 3pc Swai dinner. Thank you Ronnie's for not deceiving your customers with those God awful Swai filets.
