First time trying, food was good but the customer service was -1000 stars. Got delivery and paid for 3 extra spicy tartar sauces but did not receive them. Called to let them know, the young girl that answered the phone gave her intro, then heard my reasoning for the call and left me on mute for over a minute then came back and gave the same intro as if we never spoke. Told her again and before I finished she asked for my name said there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone before I could respond. Whoever is taking your calls on 02/16 @1:56pm was downright awful to a paying customer to go with her horrible etiquette. Very disappointing. I never leave reviews but this was so poor I had to.

The fries are cooked, too hard by male Hispanic cook. Black Lady cooks to specific order if asked! Love her🩷

First time trying this place out, It sucks, got old fish today, shrimps is straight out of a box, from the freezer section, breaded shrimp, and you charge $6 for 3 , Wow. Never had this experience in my life, not a place I’ll recommend to anyone 👎🏾sorry! This place sucks I promise, fish wasn’t seasoned, over cooked this place is horrible, don’t waste your money here.

Food was good. They weren’t mean but not nice either. They did good with the wait. Atmosphere was….umm…not so great!

Location empty, grab and go.... Catfish fillets extra small, actually looked like Buffalo. But was tasty. Definitely need to reduce prices if portions are minimal

Pleasant grove is my favorite location I love remodel the new owner have done to it n the music they be playing and the cooks is awesome ?. Love the way they Season the fries. The Catfish strips Baskets is my favorite hands down .

What is going on? I’ve eaten at Ronnie’s for years; however, I am very disappointed in what I received on May 25, 2024. I received small chicken wings. I have never received such small wings since they’ve been in business way back in the early 2000’s. I know they have taken a new ownership and was great a few months ago, but has happened? I’m not impressed with the pleasant grove location off St Augustine, Dallas, Tx. They need to do better for all the money we as customers pay for good food.

Today was a bad day at Ronnie's. First of all they were out of bread. Then the fries were hard with too much grease. I called about the bread and the first response was we have some now. I was not driving back up there for bread. Today's cook was terrible. I will give them one more chance.

I've been going to the pleasant Grove location for over 10 years and the past few years the service and food quality dropped off just a little. This past week I ordered catfish tails. Oh my favorite. Almost the only thing I get. Catfish tails basket. Absolutely great. If you haven't been please go and get the catfish tails. You have to.

So, my first clue should have been the bars on the windows and doors.This is a take out place, not a restaurant.The catfish was fair, but the shrimp was horrid. The flavor was bad, and the shrimp was rubbery, and I couldn't even bite it. The whole pice came out of the breading and was just a rubbery clump in my mouth. It was so bad that I had to spit it into my napkin.I'm not a fan of crinkle cut fries because they are often soggy, these were no exception.All in all... I would not recommend this place to anyone.
