Out riding the city with friend. Got hungry, wanted fish. Ronnie's was close and quick bite of fish on my mind. Once I got to the stove, greeted with great enthusiasm, so I'm already excited. Had the chance to speak with chef not knowing she was the infamous tik tok Miss Sharonda. I expressed that I've never been there. Immediately I was served a taste and I was hooked!! From the crunch to the freshness and seasoned to perfection. Even the bread was TOASTED and crispy fries. Miss Sharonda is definitely doing her thing in there. Can't wait to see the future for Ronnie's and especially Miss Sharonda, true talent. Thank you for the experience!

Don’t ever question Miss Sharonda wrist! Seasoned down. Fresh ACTUAL catfish seasoned, flaky, and crispy - hot sauce available but not necessary. Seasoned Fries. Bread buttered and toasted. Pickles and Peppers pickled to aged perfection. Grease clean. Down to earth service. Acknowledged and gifted the Father Day patrons. There was a line but everyone’s food was prompt. Too many beverages to make a choice so I bought all I wouldn’t get in Collin County. Hands down best Ronnie’s in Dallas, to us. Food/Service hitting on all cylinders.

I used to love coming here for the fish it's downhill now, the fish been out for a moment you can tell it's been re-cooked it's hard and a burnt tease. They losing touch with the fish and 🍟

I get there at 720 and they lady say she close when she don’t close to 830
This was the worst delivery order ever. I ordered 4 dinners only received 1 dinner . I paid a tip. When I called them the lady was talking loud and talking over me. My people my people we got to get it together. She answered the phone loud saying they don't have anymore food.

Fried fish-Yummy. Service- Decent, the lady behind the counter said she stopped taking call in orders at 6:45 pm because people would not come and pay for or pick up their food. Atmosphere- Well, It is located inside of a convenience store. The people coming in and out of there are kinda scary. But, it was late at night. I went there around 8:15pm. They close at 9pm, I would recommend go before it let's too late or dark.

I got off of work early today had a craving for some catfish and I don't eat just anybody's catfish. I made my way to Ronnies catfish on Illinois and Overton road they told me that the the catfish steaks have not made it in yet but I went home got cleaned up and called them to place my order and I would never regret it because this Ronnie's Catfish over in oak Cliff has some of the best fish that I've ever tasted. And their hospitality and friendliness of the cook was very pleasant .I'll be coming to this Ronnie's more often. Catfish Floyd and Catfish Smith are overrated believe me I've tasted it so if you're looking for a good catfish joint, I suggest you check out Ronnie's Catfish on the corner of Illinois and Overton you will not regret it... Believe me the cook, Mrs. Sharonda she's an awesome cook. I'll be back very soon except for Sundays and Wednesdays when she's off. Two thumbs up 👍
