Terrible service
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! AT ALL!! I ordered simple appetizers totaling over $25, was charged and received a confirmation in addition to email and text alerts, and the restaurant does NOT even exist anymore. Rosa’s restaurant’s sign is still up, but a completely different restaurant is there now. Rosa’s REFUSED to refund me for my entire purchase that I never received. I am now in the process of disputing this with my bank. This is an example of horrible customer service especially when the business owner had a chance to make it right.

I do not recommend it, very bad service, the food was not what I expected, I ordered a cachapa and they served it to me with the plastic that comes with the cheese and everything was super expensive, ahh and they say that the tip is voluntary but in the end they charge you what they want to tip. super bad

Lo Pepito no los pelo are 100% recommended and with the juice it doesn't lose anything and when I'm hungry it's the first place I visit

Please, when people go to eat, why can't they put the music at a moderate volume? It looks like a nightclub to talk, you have to talk loudly so as not to shout, the rest is all very good food, but then let's go eat and have a pleasant time, distract your mind.
