I am a vegetarian. I ordered the vegan Caesar salad which says on the menu it has fried chickpeas. The food finally comes out with just crotons and lettuce for $11. I ask the server and he said "oh we don't have chickpeas" as if he already knew. The manager said nobody notices because they always order chicken. He did not care at all.
So I ordered an Impossible (veggie) burger instead. 15-20 minutes later a beef burger comes out. The manager ran away. There is a reason it's always empty. This place USED to be good. Not anymore.

I came in for a late lunch... the lady with blue hair yelled across the restaurant hey gorgeous. Sooo I'm already placed in a better mood. Food hit the spot and my drinks came fast. Loved it ... ten out of ten would recommend

Roy G’s in Dallas is a fantastic spot with a vibrant, colorful, welcoming vibe. The food is flavorful and well-prepared, and their cocktails are both creative and perfectly balanced. Erin took amazing care of us, and is such a spooky delight. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

Terrible service. I ordered a drink and a meal, was never brought my drink as I watched the "server" Kiki with her friends. Awful experience.
I also expressly told my "server" that it was my first time here.
I waited for my quesadillas that were all thrown on top of each other.
Terrible service. Terrible food.
I didn't even finish my food or drink. I will never set foot in here again.

A group of friends and I came for dinner the Saturday of the Halloween block party. It was SUPER busy but you wouldn't have known it by the amazing service! We were immediately sat, 6 of us. Our server Jarren was super cute and magnificent! And the guys helping out were on point too. Our food and drinks were delicious. This was all of our first time there and we will definitely be back. GREAT PLACE!!!

Tried out the burger and the cheese fries. Burger was served rare without any warning, so that was unexpected and not my preference when it isn't the highest quality burger. There is more bun than burger on the Roy G. Fries were very well done and quite attached to the foil they were baked on so had to be real careful not to eat a piece of foil.

My friends and I went here on the evening of Wed 10/16, and sat outside. The server was wonderful (I didn't get his name, but he had a sick cardigan on). It's nice to have a reliable place with solid drinks, great variety, very good food, and even parking, all at a highly reasonable price. The atmosphere was nice too, and the outdoor seating area was wonderful on a clear day. On a final note, the Halloween special drinks (i.e. the Blood Bag & Candy Corn threesome/shot combo) were all outstanding.
Overall, this place is in my Top 5 bars in Dallas. They do everything right and with style, and it's all accessible & convenient.
This is a locally owned restaurant right on the strip of Cedar Springs. The food is always consistently good. I recommend the Buffalo Bites. The staff is friendly and quick. The prices are reasonable. I have never had a bad thing to say about this place after going several times.

I happened to stumble upon this restaurant bar on my way to another bar and I'm so glad I did! The bartenders Erin and Taylor were so friendly and welcoming that I decided to stay and order something to eat. Erin recommend the brine pickle chicken sandwich and it was excellent. I upgraded my side to the OG fries and they were so cheesy and perfect -- yum! I highly recommend this place if you're in Dallas and I will definitely make it a habit to come back every time I'm in town.
