This was my first time coming to this location because I was closer, so I stopped to get my regular Beach Bowl and it was disappointing to say the least. The strawberries I asked for were old looking and soggy so I just ended up taking them off, the toppings looked like she just threw them on there, the young woman that was working had an attitude and wasn’t friendly at all. I more than likely won’t return to this location and will stick with Casa Linda

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent "Too Good To Go" order from your establishment. The contract stated that the order would have a value of $18 and could include a bowl and/or smoothie. However, upon pickup, I received an $8 bowl that is currently on sale. This was disappointing as it did not match the promised value, and I would not have made the effort to pick up an $8 bowl for $6.48.
Additionally, when I inquired about the preparation of the bags, I was informed that it always includes one normal bowl or one normal smoothie, which does not equate to the $18 value claimed. This practice feels misleading and does not meet the expectations set forth.
Furthermore, while the oatmeal topping was satisfactory, the base of the bowl was subpar and did not meet the quality standards I anticipated.
I hope you will address these concerns to ensure a more transparent and satisfactory experience for future customers.

THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THE MANGER SO RUDE TO HER WORKERS THEY BE TAKING THEY TIPS THEY RECEIVE NEVER HAVE A LOt OF ITEMS TO GIVE HAVE UNDER AGE TEENS WORKING IN THEY PLACE OF BUSINESS AND DONT SHOW NO RESPECT I WENT IN THERE AND HAD MY ORDER TOOK BY THE NAME OF NSIA AND SHE WAS NICE VERY RESPECT VERY FAST LAST TIME I WENT IN THERE IT WAS TEENS WITH CROPS TOPS AND TINY SHORTS ON WITH GHETTO LOUD MUSIC THIS PLACE NEED TO BE DOWN

I’ve been ordering a smoothie bowl from here every day for awhile now, and every time it’s soooo good. I love the gluten free granola, and how you can add extra to the bottom. Thanks for the awesome smoothie bowls Brenda!!

I ordered their signature açaí bowl, and it was perfection. The açaí base was smooth and naturally sweet, just the way it should be. The toppings were plentiful, with perfectly ripe bananas, juicy berries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of honey that tied everything together. Every bite was a burst of flavor!
Always delicious fresh and unique bowls and smoothies! Also the guy working today was nice and gave great customer service!

I was craving a yummy smoothie and was sadly not satisfied! I ordered the super protein smoothie and it tasted like ice and water! Barely any flavor to it! Disappointed!

I absolutely LOVE the smoothie bowls. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced today at this location was terrible. I walked inside to pick up my online order and the lady behind the counter just stares at me like I’m interrupting her day. My order wasn’t ready and she didn’t even say one word, just made my order- placed it on the counter and walked back into the kitchen area. After reading other reviews of this location, customer service seems like a common issue. I will not return.

Food is amazing this review is for costumer service. I have loved this place for over 2yrs now, and I’m so sad they closed two locations closer to my house, so I have made this my new place but I don’t think I will come over as often as I used to in other locations.
I’m giving 2 starts because as someone that has worked in retail and food service, costumer service for me is a must. Last two times I went the girls were super rude and you could notice they didn’t wanna work. First time I ignore it, c’mon we all have bad days and I’ve been there I get it. But second time I went with mom and she also noticed the attitude. A younger girl was gonna make our orders but this two girls basically pushed her aside and started making the order. That poor girl was feeling super bad and we felt bad for her. You could tell by her body language and the way she was forcing herself to protect like nothing has happened, that this has in fact happened a few times.
I rarely leave reviews. And I’m leaving this one for the owner. I wouldn’t mind talking to the owner. But I don’t think it’s good for a business to have two people so rude.
