I had a $50 gift card and the staff member said she didn’t know how to apply it. She called the manager and he was of no assistance either. Don’t waste your money on their gift cards.

def shrinkflation, used to go to a diff location and they would pack on the peanut butter. you have to pay extra for peanut butter and it’s in a jello-shot container now. also how do you run out of banana and cherry at a smoothie place? 😭😭 they’ve been out of stock many times that ive ordered $20 bowls from here. literally go anywhere else

Ordered Thursday morning on DoorDash, turns out they are out of stock on a popular bowl, the 'beach bowl'. Really? This is what you're in business to sell and you don't have the product on normal Thursday morning?
I order about once every two weeks and something is ALWAYS out of stock, usually it's either strawberries or bananas, but this time it was the bowl itself.

Absolutely loved this place! The vibe was cozy and welcoming, with beautiful decor that set the perfect tone. The fruit bowls were incredible — fresh, colorful, and bursting with flavor in every bite. Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. And the service? Amazing. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about what they do. A must-visit spot — I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great first experience here! The service was super fast and incredibly friendly. Since it was my first time, I wasn’t sure what to order, but Brenda was amazing, she asked me about my favorite fruits, food preferences, and any dietary restrictions. Thanks to her help, I ended up with an açaí bowl that I loved. It was soooo good, and the customer service made it even better.
They also have some table games in the seating area, which makes it a great spot to hang out and chill for a bit before heading back to work. Definitely coming back!

i work in the office building right next to this spot, and while it's walking distance and would be somewhere i would go more often, i'd rather drive somewhere further or pay for delivery from somewhere else to get a better acai bowl & service which is upsetting.
it was a very bland acai bowl, tasted like frozen water in a way with a bunch of toppings. wasn't the worst, but could be better. associate working wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly - just asked if i was picking up an order, my name, and then i had to ask for a bag and spoon before she walked off. no customer service. again, not horrible but not the best there around this area.

Rush bowl on field is my original store and I’ve never had any issues there. This location for delivery is awful! They put whatever they want in your bowl, they used raw dried oats instead of granola topping which was terrible! They never send your drinks. They just do whatever they want. Don’t waste time or money unless you want to go in and micromanage your own order to ensure its correct
